It depends. You might get workers who are smart and helpful or (more likely) you will get ones who are dumber than dirt. I consistently ask for my sandwich without lettuce; it consistently arrives packed with lettuce. I ask for extra tomato slices; but instead they use ground-up tomato bits. Ugh. When I ask why the errors, they just giggle and say «Oh it didn’t come up on my screen right.» Plus the manager Kristy is rude.

Waited an hour and a half for my pizza to get here then it was the wrong pizza and soda. Called and they said they would make another and send it out, an hour and half later and the pizza is still not here.
Update: after 3 hours the right pizza has arrived and it was nice and cold I will not be ordering from here anymore as this is not the first time this has happened.

Horrible service. Delivery driver accused me of being a thief after they ran my credit card.!! Said my card did not go through, but it did! Go to another location! Douglas pizza hut is no good. Try any other location, never had a problem before tonight.
