These guys are awesome! Their technicians were very knowledgeable and fixed several wiring issues with our gate, which included an exit loop sensor and the install of a manual open toggle switch allowing us to have the gate open at certain times and have it close automatically at others. I also had a slight concern with a billing matter and Cindi worked with her management team and I to get the issue resolved. This is a company that puts clients first and truly lives up to its namesake by providing superior service, care and value. Very highly recommended!

Called these guys off their positive Unilocal reviews after getting the run around from another contractor. They took my first service call and responded quickly and took care of the problem and worked around my schedule. Since that first call uv had two other properties needing their services and just like the first call no hassles. Show up take care of it and reasonable prices. They don’t hit you with extras like some others do they fix the problem and then they do a full tune up and cleaning on the gate at the same time. My other contractor would charge extra to do the tune up. That’s dumb. Just make it happen. That’s what they do. They just make it happen without taking you to the bank. Thanks superior for being on the team, your a great asset.

These guys are incredibly awesome– the two times we’ve needed gate repairs, they have come out the same day to fix it, and they seem to have or be able to get all necessary parts for even the oldest gates. There’s nothing worse when your gate goes and you can’t get out of your driveway or you need to constantly get in and out of your car. Scott and Mike are amazing technicians and Cindi offers tremendous customer service.

I have had a fantastic experience with this company!!! I first contacted them (and several other companies) when I was in the middle of closing on my house and moving into a new house because I wanted an automatic gate installed on my driveway of my new house. Needless to say, my life was a bit crazy at the time. I spoke with Terry and I knew almost immediately that I had found my guy!!! I can’t even express what a pleasure it was knowing that he was taking care of everything for me. What a great guy! I got my beautiful gate installed. The work was done perfectly. They listened to everything I had to say to make sure that I was totally happy and I was getting exactly what I wanted.
About a month ago my gate started beeping and I knew that was a battery issue but my husband and I were so busy that we continued to use it without doing anything about it for two weeks (my fault) so when it died I called Scott in a panic because I had somewhere it needed to be. He dropped whatever he was doing, rushed over (was at my house 10 minutes after I called), and showed me that my power went out at some point and all I needed to do was push the button on the outlet, oops! Needless to say, I felt silly calling them in a panic when all I needed to do was push the button on the outlet after my power went out (and considering I had two weeks to figure that out), haha! Point being, that I was incredibly impressed by the customer service before, during, and even after the gate install. I highly recommend this company!!!

Nothing but positive things to say about this company. I had called them last week first when my automatic gate stopped working but then remembered that I had a home warranty so told them never mind but then it ended up not being covered. So I emailed them back and they called me the next business day and came over within an hour! Scott came out and told me it just needed some tuning up and the actual opener was in good shape and one of the best ones. So he did a tune up and he helped me change the code for my gate opener!
Awesome service and so so happy that my gate is functioning again. And he even gave me a instruction manual for our Linear gate which was nice.

The staffs, especially Mike and Scott were extremely helpful. Mike came on time the first day when I needed to weld a part of the gate. The second time Mike came with couple of other members to install the keypad entry system. They called when they were expected to be late. Once they came they worked diligently and did more than my expectation. The price was reasonable. Scott took the time to walk me thru the key coding procedure, even after hours. He was really patient with me. This is what I consider as excellent service. This was indeed ‘Superior Gate Services’, as the name of the business indicates.
