I love this place. I needed to furnish my brand new apartment and the staff was so friendly and helpful. They have a wide range of absolutely beautiful furniture. My sales associate was a young guy by the name of Eric. He was so friendly and helpful. He actually gave me a few ideas! Go to him if you can! And the furniture is going to be delivered this week! Awesome! Other places I went to took 2 – 6 weeks to deliver furniture!

I would never buy anything from this place. There were two salespeople waiting at the door and they were asking us questions and all over us before we were even fully in the door. We are looking for a new mattress set, and they followed our every move and didn’t even take their eyes off of my boyfriend and I for 2 seconds. The woman stared at us and kept insisting we lay on each mattress while she was breathing down our necks and we were visibly uncomfortable. She only left us alone when we said we weren’t planning on making the purchase that day, we wanted to shop around. I understand they work on commission, but a little personal space would have been nice. We’re going to Ashley furniture for our purchase. They were much friendlier and zero pressure.

My family and I went into this store today with the intentions of buying a master bedroom set. We are also in the market for a sectional but that wasn’t on our agenda today. Anyway, we walked in and were «greeted» by an older gentleman named Bill. I say «greeted» because not once did the salesperson introduce himself. I had to call the store later to ask for his name. You could tell that this guy was not happy to help us. I don’t know if he thought that we weren’t serious buyers or if the fact that I was in jeans and a t-shirt and the rest of the family was casual that we couldn’t «afford» that store. The entire time we were in the store Bill was rude and talked down to me. I had enough of his attitude, thanked him for his time and left. We went to Ashley furniture and spent $ 3400 on a bedroom set. We will be going to Ashley for our sectional.

If I could give them ten stars, I would. The people there are excellent. You don’t get the pushy sales people like at the other stores. I went for one thing and came out with two rooms of furniture. I actually went in on their one day manufacture sale. Where they have the lowest prices all year. They work with you and your budget. If you have for instance a $ 5,000 purchase, you can put $ 50 down to put it on layaway. It guarantee the purchase no matter if you pay it off in one month or one year. You will not be disappointed at all.
