By far the best dining experience I’ve ever had. Food was amazing and staff was exceptional.

I guess you really can’t give this place a bad review. A group, of 10’of us went there on New Year’s Eve. It was nice. Good steak(I had the surf &12 oz. steak) it was ok. The side(cream spinach, potatoes, etc) were fine. It’s much better than longhorn or outback. But has nothing on Sparks, Old Homestead, or the Palm. But, for a local place, I’ll bee back.

DUSTIN. I took my girlfriend to Ruth’s Chris for her bday last night. We came here from NY and spent the evening in the hotel. From the moment we sat down Dustins service was outstanding. I have lived in NYC for the last 12 years and have gone out to dinner hundreds of times. Dustin wins the best server award. I want to thank him for a wonderful evening and helping me make my girlfriends bday the best we have spent together. Thank you.

Just a horrible experience. Sat at 5:30. Gave drink order. They forgot the alcohol in mine. Ordered appetizers which were good and timely. Entrees took over an hour and were way overdone. The manager was appropriately apologetic and comped dinner. Had been looking forward to the evening for a month and was sadly disappointed. Not going back any time soon v

Our dinner reservations was at 5:30pm yesterday but we got hungry at 4pm so we try to move up our dinner reservations to a earlier time slot but the staff, Morgan was quickly to answer and said, she cannot make any accommodations. She seems so stuck up and didn’t even smile at all. So we left. It’s sad how a nice restaurant would hire such rude staff. And it was also Thanksgiving Day so thank you for making this memorable for us. I don’t think she understands how important customer service is. Morgan just lost the restaurant the business and most likely customers would not return. However, Michael who initially took our reservations, was very kind and professional. He actually try to speak up for us but she wouldn’t let him speak. Sorry Michael but we appreciate you for trying to accommodate, Michael! Thank you!

We had a salad and burger for lunch. The prices were reasonable and the food was excellent. The burger had a ton of bleu cheese, and the chicken on the Cobb Salad was very good. The servers were all friendly and helpful, and not at all stuffy. We had several drinks from their wide variety that were good but a little pricey($ 12) but that’s to be expected.

Ruth’s Chris offers the best steak in the area. It all starts when you walk in and get the free warm bread. I have a hard time putting that bread down and usually end up eating a full loaf of it by myself before the time my dinner comes out. It’s that good. Their filet mignon is always cooked to the correct temperature and comes out juicy and tender. I love to add the bleu cheese crust to it. Their sweet potato casserole would be arguably the best sweet potatoes I’ve ever had. Just a little something different with the flavor and slightly sweeter than most, but not too sweet. I’ve had a few appetizers that I’ve really enjoyed, specifically the calamari and the crab cakes, but I just have a hard time ordering them due to the quantity of food you get here. You just don’t have room for it all. I’m a big fan of banana cream pie, and theirs doesn’t disappoint. It’s also something that I could say is among the best I’ve ever had and you could tell its homemade there. Finally the service is always excellent. The servers are always attentive and will frequently get you a refill on your beverage without you having to ask, and the management does a great job of checking in with you. It’s very expensive for the area, but the quality of the food is worth it if you can afford it.

Celebrated a college graduation there on a Sunday night. The restaurant was packed with other graduation parties. Even though they were very busy, our waiter and the rest of the staff were brilliant. They were attentive, asked us where we came from, asked about the graduation. The food was very good and the staff made it a very special night for all. Received a nice little desert surprise for the graduate. The cuisine is typical for a high end chain restaurant but it’s all about the service and the staff was on top of that. We want to thank them for a memorable celebration.

I always have a good time here. They have some great happy hour drink specials, the food is always good and the staff is great. My fav meal is the ribeye(but it is a little large portion for a single serving dinner, unless you have a big appetite). They have live entertainment on certain nights which adds to the relaxing enjoyment of the place. Well worth your time.

Great place to come out and enjoy good company, good atmosphere, and good food. The spicy lobster as an appetizer is the best! Hands down. The sampler… Filet mignon, chicken breast and crab cake… Amazing. Just the right amount of food. Wine selection is always on point. Martin Ray is always a well, well balanced Pinot noir. And the desserts are a must. Staff is great, attentive and always happy to give any suggestions for all your doubts.

Dinner: food was in general good and equally buttery. Although the price is a little bit off-putting. I made the sad mistake of ordering a side of broccoli, which literally was just a plate of steamed broccoli for $ 10. Raw COGS is only $ 1.50 at Walmart. Lunch: two of us ordered the po boy, and the kitchen forgot to put the remoulade sauce on both of our sandwiches. I didn’t order it, but there was also a side of broccoli available for half the price of the dinner menu.

The food here was okay but the lobster was really good considering it not too salty like many resturant. The steak are a little over cooked. I order an medium rare and its more of an medium well to well done. The service was alittle slow and it wasn’t busy. It took forever to receive our check and forever for the waiter to come take our check.

Went at 6PM with no reservation to be told to come back at 9PM. Fine I guess it was our fault we didn’t make a reservation on a Sunday after Valentine’s day. Ordered quick apps and a bottle of wine. The wine came out and the apps about 20 minutes later. To then be told the one entrée we ordered was no longer available. After being there for over an hour all we had to eat was a salad and shrimp cocktail and some bread. We told them we were leaving and were begged to stay but at that point it was too late and because of the lack of food the wine hit us hard. Poor service.

Went here for our 28th Anniversary and it was a great call. They decorated the table with rose petals for us. The wine selection was stunning. We had wondered if ANY steak could be worth $ 40+… Well, it is! You could almost cut the filet with a spoon and the flavor was out of this world. Best steaks either of us have ever had. Will certainly return.

The service here is very slow. I can’t complain about the food. It was excellent. Although I enjoyed the steak next door at the Rustic Kitchen just as much. The 500 degree plates are a silly gimmick. While I agree it’s better to serve hot food on a warm plate, it does not need to be that hot. It’s dangerous and unnecessary. The food was also served at burn your mouth temperatures. I couldn’t even hold the bread in my hand long enough to tear off a piece until I let it cool down a bit. If you go, bring a pair of oven mitts with you.

As an appetizer we had the chefs special, which was spicy lobster bites. It was very good. Our steaks were cooked wonderful. As a side dish we had the potatoes au gratin, and the shoestring fries. The au gratin potatoes work too hard, and that shoestring french fries were too small and greasy. For our dessert we had the cheesecake, the crust was way too thick!

Four stars because I am comparing this steak house to other steak houses in the area. It would be unfair to compare this location to other RC locations like DC, Pittsburgh, or Honolulu, all of which have much better atmosphere and flavor. What this RC does have is an awesome and friendly staff, easily obtainable reservations, and a great Friday happy hour menu that’s a can’t-miss around here. Are the dinners worth the price? No. When are they ever? But hit this place for happy hour and you’ll change your tune!
