Terrible handling and customer service from this store. They had a problem with half of my order and didn’t ship it. Only solution they offered was to cancel and reorder online. This happened 14 days after I ordered the product on 12⁄2. Meanwhile I was able to pick up the other product I ordered on the first day. If j order another how do I know they won’t pull the same thing two weeks later when it is well after Christmas. I came up with a better solution where they ship it to my local store and I go buy it there. They would not accommodate that option. Bottom line they made it much more difficult for me to spend my money there. You would think they would try to get my money any way possible. Worst customer service EVER! Take it from someone who only shops online.
