My aunt is 98 years old, blind and hard of hearing. I’ve searched long and hard for a good home care service because my aunt can not be left alone. I’ve had many bad experiences trying to find a good HCS and I thought with this company I finally did… I was wrong! The women they send out are not trained, some barely speak or understand English and the office almost never check up on the aids. They maybe check in once a month with a phone call to the home. They never get info from the family, never come out to the home to see what or how the aid is doing and when there is a problem they take their time solving it. There is no follow through or follow up when it comes to the staff. Anything could be going on in the home and they would never know because they just send someone to your home and do no check ups of the case. It’s very hard to find the right person for home care and Emmanuel is not very helpful. You’ve been warned.
