I ordered several 11×17 prints from this location. I was very disappointed with the quality. Staff wasn’t knowledgable they couldn’t download images from a Dropbox file that I emailed so I had to physically bring a usb into the store. Placed an order with Office Depot the next day and they had the same order ready in 15 mins, better quality, cheaper prices and they were able to download the photos from a Dropbox email with no problem. I’ll be going there from now on.

I had an absolutely AMAZING and EXCELLENT experience with this staples. The manager, John, went above and beyond what I would expect any store to do, especially a chain, to help me with my order I inadvertently put in from Hampton Roads (I assumed we had a pick up store here). He really made my day and holidays. It is customer service like this that every business should strive to have. The calendars are also very high quality and the design function was very simple. All recipients were impressed.

This Staples is in an older-​looking building, but the inside looks like every other Staples. The difference with this visit at this particular location was that I was barely in the store and was greeted by an associate who helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and I was in and out in a hurry. The cashier was also very nice. I appreciate good service.
