horrible customer service. i found this company listed online and have called repeatedly for over an hour and nobody answers the phones! it is impossible to schedule a time to rent the equipment or to ask questions about the groupon if nobody answers the phones. don’t waste your time calling this place! i just wasted over an hour!!! i glad i didn’t purchase the groupon! !!

went here with the Groupon deal. as everyone else said, the website shows a different «contact us» address than where they are actually located. it was easy to get started. Within 5 minutes of walking in the front door, we put down our security deposit, got life vests, signed the indemnification paperwork, and were out back loading up on the jet-ski’s. we went out on the lake and enjoyed out 2 hours worth of jet-​ski rental. came back at our designated time and ended up paying about $ 100 additional for gas expense and … I had such a fun time jet-​skiing I didn’t bother questioning the additional charge. it was a very fun experience, but I think some of the charges could have been better laid out before hand.

Used a groupon, great price for experience. Lake is nice. Tricky to find location as google maps takes you elsewhere. I was charged $ 36.50 for 2 hours for gas for jet ski, seems steep for half a tank, but it was windy so maybe choppy water makes it use more gas? Jet ski got up to 27mph. Service was decent, especially the lady that answered the phone. I would return. Thank you!

They put the wrong address on Groupon, so it took us sometime to get back there and the time we were late was not reimbursed. (it’s about half an hour out of two hours which is a lot)
We rented 5 waverunners and they said we used up 7 gallons of gas each, which we noticed we only used up 2 bars out of 8 bars of gas, and each waverunner can only hold less than 16 gallons. So they pretty much double charge all of us.
Save yourself some money and hassle, just go somewhere else!

This company is extremely hard to get a hold of to make reservations!!!
We purchased a two hour jet ski rental from Lake Conroe Fun Rentals on
. We have made several attempts to contact them by phone at various times of the day and were not able to get a hold of anyone, and their voicemail was full. We even sent them a couple emails and did not get a response. It took a week to get a hold of someone, and of course the day we wanted to rent the jet ski was booked.
Hopefully the fun on the jet ski will be worth the hassle we went through to make the reservations. I will make sure to post a review after our rental
**UPDATE– husband was told they did not have availability on the Sat that we wanted, but when I called to make reservations they had two different opening. The lady then put me on hold, after confirming all my info, then return to the phone and said they did not have opening on Sat. Go figure!
