They need to figure out a better way to serve people. The line never moves. Mainly it is the customers that insists on ordering full meals because they are too lazy to do anything at home. Make a separate line for bagels only!

When visiting mom in Roslyn, I usually take a morning trip to this bagel shop with her. The coffee is pretty good (both iced and hot), an average selection of spreads and bagels, and deli meats and chips. The place isn’t too big but has lots of little round tables to be seated at. The line is quick most of the time, but can get really long when they only have two people behind the counter for some reason. Staff is super friendly, and all in all, you’ll be happy with whatever choices you make when eating here.

A small bagel shop that packs in BIG flavor! The egg everything bagel was excellent and they put a nice, hefty amount of lox spread on it which was also delicious. Lots of bagel options to choose from, lots of schemers, and excellent prices!
The staff is BEYOND friendly. Great people, great food, great spot.

Awesome food… they deliver to my job always… fast delivery can’t complain… very fair pricing and food is never over cooked or under cooked… highly recommend them for breakfast and lunch

Been coming here for bagels since they opened.
They all know me by now, best bagels I have ever had. period.
Also off note, their french vanilla coffees both ice and hot are amazing and I have no idea why

Great place love the bagels and sandwiches but I have to repeat my order multiple times and they often mess up my order. It says they close 4pm on week days but the grill always closes at least a half hour before closing and the workers are often jerks about it. Great food though.

Used to go to Bagel Boss in Albertson almost everyday but they stopped accepting credit cards so I started to try other bagel shops and am glad I came across this gem! My new daily go-​to.
Staff is always friendly. I come in at 3PM and there’s never a line. Their egg grill doesn’t close at all like Parkway Deli’s does. Bagels are thick, crispy, and oozing with cream cheese. Their vegetable cream cheese is sooo good. Not sour at all like Bagel Boss. I sometimes order three eggs on a roll with salt pepper ketchup cheese. Their pepper is thick and has a bit of spice to it which is really nice. Prices are decent too.

Don’t be phased by the line when you come into the bagel shop, because they take and complete orders ridiculously fast. I’ve walked in, seen a line five people deep and still walked out with a nice bacon egg and cheese in 5 minutes. Some of the cream cheese flavors, like their strawberry, I’ve had better elsewhere, but their bagels are top notch. I’d get a breakfast sandwich here any day.

Best chicken cutlet sandwiches ever! The staff is so friendly they alway put a smile of your face and are always willing to help all the time! Great bagels and really good eggs. Kinda hard to find parking but definitely worth it!

Had the best egg sandwich of my life this morning for breakfast… Egg whites, turkey, Swiss with Salt Pepper and Hot sauce on a whole wheat wrap. Seriously, go get one now!

Nice local deli. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese and it was great! Fairly priced and quick service.

I’ve been coming here for about 4 years now. Its almost always packed especially late morning-​early afternoon, sometimes the line is to the door. Theres a few things about this place that bother me. Parking is very bad over there.
The employees cant really get an order right. How do you mix up a hero and give me a roll? They sometimes ask if I want salt pepper ketchup three times. I come about once a week, I’d come more if they got the orders right. Richie the owner is the only one I’ve never had a problem with. I gave it three stars because the bagels are always soft and fresh. The sandwiches are really good if you get what you ask for.

By far these are the best bagels in town, in this town Willis Avenue is packed with bagel shops. Lots of competition. I can’t explain the secret to their recipe but the bagels are always big, fluffy, if that can be used to describe a bagel, and crunchy on the outside.
They have a pretty good selection of breakfast specials with eggs and bacon but I’m just here for the cream cheese today.
The counter staff are always very friendly and keep the line moving. This place always seems to be the busiest place in town. I love their garlic and everything bagels and even tried the French toast bagel which was pretty good (but a little messy to eat).
My only disappointment was the amount of cream cheese on the bagel. It seemed like it was spread like butter, a very thin layer. That’s a negative for me. I love a decent amount of cream cheese, don’t get me wrong, I don’t need a half a pound. Just let me know it’s there. C’mon guys, this is your chance to lay it on thick. The other bagels shops in town are usually generous when it comes to the cream cheese. O.k. I can’t believe I just went on a rant about cream cheese. Sorry, love my cheese.
