If there were anything lower than one star Willoughby Hills tires would definitely have it I’ve been living in this building for a year and a half and so far I’ve been stuck on the elevator 6x the leasing office never does anything for us as far as repairs or just general maintenance there has a dead girl found in the stairwell who hanged herself and the leasing office cared nothing about this there was also a young woman who happened to be pregnant who got stuck on the elevators who died as well the workout rooms in this building are trash they make you buy the bars for the weight machine and it’s a mediocre Bowflex tight machine the pool is very small and always infested with children the people in the office that are hire up would rather jump off of a bridge then actually do work for you there was damage done to my car by a dilapidated falling apart garage and the leasing office refuse to pay for it let’s not even go back to the elevator issue because there’s never more than one the working in this 12 story building with elderly people living on all floors the fire alarms go off incessantly due to bad ass kids pulling them all the time the office does nothing about this they have a new security guard on duty almost every month because they can’t keep anybody and the maintenance staff let’s just say they perform below average I would not recommend this building to anybody not if you value peace of mind yes it’s very cheap but it is cheap for a reason there is no security deposit for a reason think about what you are getting into you will regret it a lot of people look at longer views and they think that it’s just a bad experience but this is the world’s honest truth– 12/​08/​2015 now don’t even get me started on the K&D group I’ve been renting from these people since before I can remember my parents used to rent from them as well and they have never cared about any of the Intercity properties if you’re not renting a downtown property nothing will ever get done. No one will ever call you back at the corporate office; they have emails that you are supposed to contact when you have a complaint about a leasing office, but no its been over a year and still dead air. The workers have come into my home unannounced twice because of communication issues in the office on whether or not my apartment was occupied it also was not to make a repair, but to come in, and steal a piece off of my air conditioner unit and put it on another Apartments unit. Imagine sitting on your couch and someone just start turning the lock and walks in to you house… now you’re both just looking at each other awkwardly waiting for this person to explain why the hell they’re so incompetent; the heated debate that followed this incident was almost violent on their part. This company is shameful, and one day they will be out of business, because of the vile, egregious business practices that they have chosen to make standard in their «company»

Sheisters! Rent from this company at your own risk. They are our building manager and hired a security company that employs a security guard from Metro Cleveland Security that has a reputation for filing false police reports on tenants he doesn’t like. They have little concern for our security in general and didn’t want to install more security cameras because it would cost them money. Doug Price, the D in K&D, has a lease on the Superior Viaduct in which he promised a park. He installed a parking lot instead. K&D are not to be trusted! Buyer beware!
