I would NEVER go to this place again. I cut my leg on a Sunday afternoon. They did a good job on the two stitches and then the billing madness starts. First, they got the copay wrong and told me it was fault for them getting it wrong after they looked it up. The doctor told me to come back in 7 days to have them removed. The front desk said no copay, it was a follow up. The billing department said differently. The doctor did nothing on this visit but tell me to wait another 7 days. On this visit, the front desk said no copay, the billing department said different and when I question them the front desk lied to billing saying they told me about the copay. In the end you are going to get stuck with a bill much higher than expected and them telling you a lie about why.

I don’t recommend taking your children here. We did not have a good experience with the physician examining my daughter. This is our first experience with urgent care. He was unprofessional and inappropriate comments. Next time we will go to CHOP’s urgent care instead. Please do not go here with your child. I do not recommend it.
