I have never been treated so poorly any where else in my life. In an age where the competition is so steep one might think customer service would be your first priority. Well not the case here. They made a mistake and ruined a garment and then acted like it was our fault. «We must have done something to it before they cleaned it «is what they said.
I will never go back to this cleaners again!

Can’t say enough great things about this family-owned business.
I have used them to get three pairs of pants hemmed ($ 12 for jeans, $ 10 for cloth) and their work is beautiful and timely. They emailed me as soon as my pants were done, and were very friendly — the seamstress even held my 6-week-old for me while I tried them on! Another nice thing is that their rates include tax, so you pay $ 12 or $ 10 even — no pennies or change needed.
Before I found Wilmette Tailors & Cleaners, I had called around to a few other cleaners about cost of hemming pants, and all the other places were $ 18 – 20. So not only is the price right, but the people are great, too. I will definitely be using this place for my future hemming needs.

I am a first time customer here, and I love this dry cleaners. The lady at the register is super nice and helpful. They even have a drive thru to drop off and pick up clothing! This is a brilliant idea! I will be using them for years to come!

Always great cleaning, but what really impresses me is the service. They are friendly people who go above and beyond to be helpful. It’s often one of the owners (ma and pa shop) who handle your order. What prompted this review is I recently asked them to tailor an awkward rip my son had made in an expensive pair of pants and the results were so good the pants looked like new (all for a few bucks). One of my favorite features is they have a drive up window — try it once and you’ll be thrilled at how quickly you get your stuff.
