Do not use this company!!! This was undoubtedly one of the worst consumer experiences of my life. Atlantic Appliance is unorganized, the ordered the wrong items. They are terrible communicators, the don’t call like they said they would. They delivered items to the wrong location and then blamed it on me. They are rude to deal with and accept zero responsibility for their ineptness. A terrible company with terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

After purchasing a new Trusst Builder Group home in late October and taking delivery of a KitchenAid side-by-side refrigerator from Atlantic Appliance, we found it had a dent in the freezer door. A replacement door was ordered, but could not be installed because the wiring harness attaching the door had been super-glued. A replacement refrigerator was then delivered to my home, which had a flaw in the freezer door. Although we’ve had some stumbles with Whirlpool, Mark at Atlantic Appliance has agreed to deliver yet a third refrigerator to replace the second. This is the kind of service after the sale that ensures repeat business.

It’s difficult to review a place that doesn’t even have a phone menu that works! Today they are closed for the holiday(Christmas was 2 days ago), but the message said to «press one» to get directions to the store – then replayed the original message!

I have tried twice going to Atlantic Appliance to buy our appliances. And both times I have had surprisingly terrible customer service. The first guy was super knowledgeable but didn’t have much in the way of people skills. I could get over that one. This place has lots of great products! So I tried again. Couldn’t get over it the second time. The guy(we’ll call him Mr. Belly) was more interested in text messaging than me. When he finally acknowledged me, he could not have been more condescending. Then he chastised me(I’m not kidding; another sales guy witnessed it and looked a little horrified) for buying other products elsewhere. Huh? I’m here to buy a product from you now. I found myself repeatedly having to defend myself. Finally, I collected myself and walked out. Certainly everyone in there is not so rude and I hear the owners are quite decent. But I’m afraid two strikes you’re out on this one. I drove way out of my way to a local competitor where I was treated courteously. Guess who got the business.

I recently saw a stove at Lowes that I wanted to buy, however I prefer to buy at «mom & pop» places whenever I can. So I went to Atlantic Appliance and there was my stove! The showroom had so many beautiful items. The gentleman that helped me was very friendly professional and knowledgeable. The store also carries a GIGANTIC selection of knobs/pulls/door bell ringers etc. that I have ever seen! It is like finding a treasure every time I turned around. It is impossible to not find what you are looking for! When the stove was delivered, the men were friendly and professional, they set it up and hauled my old one away. I highly recommend them and will definitely come back!
