Great to work with… I called them to request a second opinion and quote to replace the heating & AC system in a rental property. They were quick to schedule the appointment and were honest in thier opinion on what was needed. They provided the same opinion as the first estimate but thier bid was almost $ 3000 less. At first I thought it was too low, however it became clear the owner was sincere in all her advice and efforts. They moved very quickly to replace the system, worked well with the tenant, when problems came up they were very responsive and very reasonable in working through them. When I asked for additional work, thier rate was very competitive. All in all… they were great to work with and very prompt and professional.
