I came here last night for a meal and sat at a table by the bar. I relocated to the bar since the Pacers/Heat game was on. Bartender was a friendly fellow, but seemed to have too many tables to manage. he had 5 tables, 3 of us at the bar, 6 at another bar. I think there were only 2 waiters/bartenders for the entire restaurant. So service was definitely slow for the size and ‘niceness’ of the restaurant. But you can’t really blame him, they need more people. Food wise, I had the onion soup, but it was way too salty and a poor attempt at french onion. I then had the filet with risotto and mixed veggies. They brought out potatoes instead of risotto but was told if I wanted the risotto, the would bring it out shortly. Well, I ordered it, so obviously i want it! So then it came out literally 2 minutes later. And anybody who is anybody, knows risotto takes longer than 2 minutes. So it was not creamy or soft, which made me sad. it was like al dente risotto. The filet was kinda mushy and easily cut with a butter knife, like a brisket, which was weird. the veggies were bland and definitely tasted like they were frozen, then steamed. I also got ice cream to go(they didn’t have chocolate so I got vanilla) and it tasted like fake ice cream… like a mashed potato type texture, a little grainy and not creamy/milky. definitely weird. I love the Sheraton, but definitely not eating here unless I have to.

I had a chicken quesadilla, and my friends had hamburgers. We all loved them! The only downfall was we had a very rude waiter!

Average food that is slightly overpriced. If staying in the hotel they charge you extra to have it as room service, however, if you go to the restaurant the food takes an hour to come. There are better options outside the hotel.

This restaurant is in the lobby of the Sheraton Suites. I stayed at the hotel for a week while on a business trip to Wilmington. The food is very good. The fries, pasta, and desserts are amazing. If you can deal with the $ 3 delivery charge — order everything as room service. It is guaranteed to show up within 30 minutes. Mine showed up in 20. Beware eating in the actual restaurant itself. The service is terrible. I have never had service so SLOW in my entire life! I had a 4 hour dinner! And that’s not because I finished and sat, it’s because I didn’t see my waitress for an hour and a half at a time! My company had arranged daily breakfast buffet passes for us as well, so I was in the restaurant several times during my stay. 90% of the total time that I spent in the dining room, there was no staff member anywhere in sight. One morning there were only two seated tables and I still waited at the front for 20 minutes to be seated. That’s how long it took to even catch sight of a staff person.
