I recently had an exceptionally nice experience with this store and employees– I needed a Movado watch repaired. They gave it to their local watch repairer and after further review, the repair specialist realized they could get some parts, but other parts would be more difficult and take too long. They offered to send it directly to Movado. I said let’s do it… I now have the watch back, fixed and looking brand new!
The Del Haven staff was very cool. I love the fact that they gave courtesy calls throughout this whole process to keep me informed of my watch repair status.
Del Haven has a variety of quality jewelry pieces. I made a purchase there during the Christmas holiday and have had some watch batteries replaced, over time– The staff is always pleasant and they make me feel welcome.

The owner of this establishment is extremely rude and unprofessional. I was with my mother when she purchased an item from the store. They had to order it, which took about a week, and when we picked it up the item seemed subpar. My mother told an employee she was dissatisfied with the jewelry, and the employee passed the issue along to the owner. The owner became visibly and audibly enraged, claiming he was «insulted» and it was «bullshit.» We were told never to return to the store, and in his attempt to return the purchase price we were charged a second time. Needless to say, I, as a business owner myself, would never do business with a man of his shabby stature.
