I had a nasty basement flooding issue a couple weeks ago and I was referred to Drains by James. When I called and described my situation, the woman on the phone said it sounded like a clogged grease trap and said she could send out technicians sometime in the next couple hours. They were at my house within an hour, took a look around, brought down their big snake thing, and cleared it out in about 20 minutes. The cost was over $ 100 but that seemed reasonable considering I didn’t know what to do and wouldn’t have wanted to get near that nasty grease trap anyway. Their work came with a 30 day guarantee and I haven’t had any issues since their visit.
