Dunkin’ Donuts is gray cheap affordable always a good coffee sometimes they don’t take the order right but overall if you have to make it again they will love the new croissant donuts…

Although the staff isn’t the friendliest, which I totally understand having working at a Dunks for 6.5yrs myself, I ALWAYS go to this specific Dunkin Donut’s on my way to work in Reading. My mother runs a couple of DD’s and she ends up giving me a bunch of coupons for free coffee so, yes, I never pay for a coffee.
I’m giving them a 5 star rating because not once have they ever questioned how I got the coupons, it’s none of their business really, despite the apparent curiosity. I totally respect that, not to mention my coffee is always right! Thanks DD :)

Why did we see the staff outside smoking when we did the drive thru? And they nearly forgot the straw… kept making other peoples orders when we were still waiting for ours…

Being from the west coast, this was my first experience ever a D&D. I’ve heard people compare D&D with Starbucks, but that makes no sense at all. There’s more variety for bagels, but there really is no craft to their morning sandwiches and coffee. So, I guess if you’re looking for something simple, cheap, and fast– then you’ve found it. I got the everything bagel with egg and cheese. Nothing fantastic, but edible. The staff wasn’t very friendly, but I guess I wouldn’t ever be stoked to work there either. I always try to take that into consideration. It’s just one of those things that you shouldn’t have too high of expectations for the price that you’re paying.

This place is good (typically 3 stars) but the past 2 days my bagels have not been sliced well.
So, –1 star dunks, til I get a better bifurcated bagel. (see photos)
