Today was national coffee day well except for this location which according to them ended at 4 pm today. I thought the attitude of the employee at the drive thru window was very poor to say the least, but not surprising given the location.

I’m kind of confused by all the negativity for this Dunkin. I love Dunkin Donuts and was so happy when they put one in near my home. The staff has always been friendly and if you bring it the attractions book coupons they are more than happy to use them. They always have a smile and are very friendly. Maybe the drive through is flawed, but the walk in service is amazing!

I’m really not surprised to see the bad reviews for this location. Happy Donut Day! Well… Not so happy today. All of the employees looked miserable! It wasn’t even busy. A manager helped me and I did not get his name but he was very rude I asked for a bottled coke not knowing they were in a cooler and instead of nicely showing me or even just grabbing me one he motioned with his eyes and was very annoyed that I did not see them. Then, did not even complete my order after checking me out until a few min later and was wondering why I was standing there. You would think Donuts being your business and it’s national donut day you would try to celebrate and promote a fun environment. Not at this Dunkin Donuts!

Poor customer service. First person that helped us was awesome. When she went on her break, I wanted a half dozen more donuts and a different gal helped assisted. She was horrible!!! Rude! Should not work here. I think here name is Mayra or something. She should not be working there. I will never go here again.

This location sucks! I’ve been there several times, giving the chance after chance to get it right because they are closer to home but they always screw it up. First time my Boston Crème donut had no filling, second time I ordered a small drink but was charged for a large, the third and final screw up was a coolata that was basically chocolate syrup with a dash of coffee and one ice cubes worth of crushed ice. I’ll have to second the other reviewers comment on dress code. The man that rang me up was a mess and not someone I wanted to be handing me food.

I’m slightly embarrassed to say I like Dunkin Donuts coffee. I love their breakfast sandwiches almost as much. However, I feel like they hire the worst people. I live near this location, so obviously I go there from time to time. They always screw something up. And if you point it out, they look at you like you’re trying to ruin their lives. Not to mention they seem to have zero dress code. I through the DT one day and the guy at the window had stains all over his white polo. I mean EVERYWHERE. It wasn’t professional at all. They really need to fix some things ASAP.

This D&D acts as though they have elitist status because of their Landfall address.3 x I have had to ask for the Manager because they are charging full price for iced tea when it is 99 cents from Jersey to NC. They are also not coupon friendly either. Drive down the street and support D&D on Oleander instead. That location is consumer friendly. Shame on you Landfall D&D!
