Epproach Communications

If the Epproach homepage will not load up then there is no service.
When the home page does load up and you get free service, the service is crap.
When you pay for the service, its the same crap made worse because you paid for it.
I recommend to anyone not to use this service, or pays for it; you will be frustrated by your time loss.
Go to a coffee shop where the wireless is much faster and reliable; you can get a cup of coffee for the same price or less than Epproach charges for their service.
I cant even get a decent connection less than four blocks from their office, and in sight of their water street tower.
