This farmers market is nice and gets a lot of traffic. The vendors here offer a wide range of products for sale, such as fish, shrimp, honey, free range chicken, home made sausage, beef, flowers, plants, peanuts, tomatoes, watermelons, corn, cheese, music, art and pottery. This farmers market is open on Wednesdays from 8am to 1pm with plenty of parking on the grounds of the Poplar Grove Plantation. The good thing about farmers markets is that you are buying from the grower most of the time.
