Excellent! The technician showed up on time and had the iPhone repaired in about 30 minutes. He was a really nice guy and paid great attention to detail to make sure that the phone was perfect. I recommend the service highly!

The Bad: NONE
My wife dropped her iPhone 4s on the pavement and cracked the glass on the front. I submitted the info request form though the iCracked site on a Thursday evening around 5 PM and had a text message back within minutes from Dean saying he’d call me shortly and he did. We scheduled an appointment for Saturday evening and he came to my house and fixed the phone right at my kitchen table. Very professional and the price was the same as all the shops I looked up but I didn’t have drive it anywhere.
A great experience and I couldn’t have asked for more.
If I ever have iDevice hardware issues again I know who to contact.
