Quality work, excellent communication, and an honest, friendly vibe.
My car was towed to J’s with two flat tires. In response to my message, they called within five minutes of opening with their recommendations (which aligned with my own analysis) and completed the work within an hour.
When I arrived to pick up my car they showed me the old tires and answered all my questions.
I don’t live in Wilmington, but work here several times each year and will recommend J’s to my colleagues.
