The flower selection and quality is good. There is a couple flower bouquets already made up for those last minute surprises. The owner was nice and help finding a piece that fit my budget. Looking forward to buying more flowers in the future.

Ordered flowers for my mother’s birthday at over 100.00. They called and said they needed to replace the requested order with something comparable due to the flowers ordered not being on hand, which I was fine with. However, the replacement bouquet was far below par for the price paid. I could have ordered a much nicer fall arrangement for almost half the cost. I understand that sometimes you need to substitute, but don’t go cheap on the substitution. Not impressed.

I needed to order a thank-you gift for a work event that took place in Wrightsville Beach. Julia’s was recommended to me by a colleague in the Wilmington area, and I am so glad that he did. I worked with Dave over the phone to find the perfect green plant to give to a business owner, and he presented various options and shared his opinion when sought. It was easy and the prices were extremely reasonable. I would order from Julia’s again in a heartbeat! There’s nothing better than great service, especially when it’s 100+ miles away.

Julia’s was great. It’s always difficult ordering flowers from the other side of the country but they lived up to their reputation. Flowers showed up on time and the recipient was highly impressed with the arrangement. This is peace of mind you can’t get with some of the big 800 number outfits.

Rudest customer service ever. Spoke with a very curt and disinterested ice cold jerk named Peytlin or Kay Lynn and was trying to order a casket spray for my beloved sisters funeral. We had 450.00 and wanted an all pink spray for casket. She could not stop scolding us for being cheap and choosing a pink casket spray. Due to she didnt have much PinK in stock. The whole conversation was all about Her and her needs… and Not the desires of the paying customer, trying to pay a last tribute to a loved one. We made no specific demands and she fairly yelled at us telling us. telling us we were NOT getting this .and WE were NOT getting that. She was so busy being rude and defensive and we really just wanted pink whatever for our 450.00 which she fairly spat on. Here we are. bereaved and asking for a last tribute to sister and being made to feel like stupid hillbillies because sister liked pink. What does it say when the last thing you try to do for a beloved family member is scoffed at and handled like a stinky diaper? We went elsewhere… with our heart in our hands after the INSULTINGTREATMENTWEGOTFROMTHISNAZI. She claims to own Julia’s and I can’t imagine how they can claim to be best florist in town with such an ARROGANT owner. Shame on you Paytlinor or whoever you are. Our casket spray was beautiful. came from another florist. Out of town family sent thru you Julia’s and everything looked Drab and Cheap and really wilted .dead.small .just plain embarrassing for them Terrible customer service from a rude defensive bossy person. embarrassing Shame on you. Such a bad experience. will share with all my jr. Leaguers and Rotary and such.

I ordered online and day before flowers needed to be delivered. Arrangement was full, green and in a beautiful vase. Directions on delivering arrangement were followed and arrived on schedule. Definitely exceeded my expectations as last time I ordered in Wilmington at a different shop it was a disaster. Will use Julia’s again!

Review for services acquired via online ordering and based on recipient’s reaction. It’s so easy to send flowers over the internet these days. With a click of a button, something beautiful can be sent to a friend or a loved one with ease. Simply navigate to a website, pick a pretty picture and enter your credit card information. Done. Clean. Simple. Easy — WRONG. I probably wouldn’t be writing this review if buying flowers over the internet were easy. My mother is particular about the flowers that she receives and is honest about the deliveries she doesn’t like. There is nothing worse than having someone go into detail about expensive flower deliveries that did not arrive to their liking or as pictured on the website. Remember the Cosby episode where Rudy steals money from Mrs. Huxtable to buy an illuminated fish t-shirt that doesn’t illuminate? Sometimes our money doesn’t buy what’s advertised. This is the first arrangement that my mother has ever gushed over. I figured that ordering flowers from a local florist was the best option for a fresh delivery. The website was professional, easy to navigate and my chosen bouquet was reasonably priced. While the bouquet dimensions were not advertised, my mother described a bouquet that was larger than I had imagined. The picture was shot against a white background and I couldn’t gauge perspective. She actually measured the arrangement at it’s peak height because I didn’t believe that my money bought something better than I expected! My grandfather was a wholesale flower dealer and my mother has first-hand knowledge of what a quality product is all about. She gushed over the product that Julia had supplied and went on about how fresh the arrangement was. Despite being under the weather, she went on to say that the delivery person was also kind and courteous. The e-mail updates were very helpful and as professional as the aforementioned services. I had confirmation of my order being processed, confirmation that my order was received and I had confirmation that the order was received by the recipient. Rest assured that you’ll be in the loop with these people! I placed my order less than 24 hours before my intended delivery time and found that Julia’s Florist Inc exceeded my expectations. Verdict: Don’t just support local businesses, support a local business that can meet your needs and exceed your expectations. Julia delivers!

I NEVER review places/services online(even when I am dissatisfied) but I couldn’t help myself here… I was very disappointed with Julia’s. I walked into the place and asked for a bouquet set around some gerber daises. Something in the $ 30 area. What I was handed was a joke. This was maybe a $ 13 bouquet at the most, certainly not a $ 30+ bouquet. The floral arrangement included only 3 Gerber daisies. I brought them home and my sister in law(who worked in a florist years ago and happened to be at the house) informed me that one of the Gerber daisies(which was black in the center) was actually dead already. The funny part about this story is that I intentionally didn’t go to Harris Teeter(Supermarket) for flowers b/c I thought an actual standalone florist would be able to provide me a better arrangement. Unfortunately for me, I was wrong. On the positive side, The employees seemed very nice.

Julia’s has everything you are looking for and what you need. I saw a floral centerpiece and I liked it, but I needed it to be smaller. They made that centerpiece according to my specifications and in my price range. It was also ready ahead of schedule-a bonus for busy people.
