I’ve been there about 5 times now to either consign items or buy consigned toys/​clothing. They have no problem taking your items for pennies on the dollar, but then they re-​sale the item at an over priced rate. They have some of the worst prices on consigned items in town, both for what you pay for an item, and for the money they will I’ve you for your items. Not to mention the particular staff member I have dealt with all 3 times I went to consign items acted like it was the worst thing ever to be doing her job. This attitude quickly changed once the owner/​manager was around though. Overall, I’ve had nothing but negative experiences at this particular consignment store, especially compared to the other consignment business in Wilmington. On a final note, the store is very unorganized: it has small isles that are difficult to move around in and the toys are so far up on the shelves you an’t even see what you want to buy– terrible layout Very disappointing and I will not return.
