I was the only one in the store and the employee couldn’t be bothered to ring me up because of his lunch. Waited almost half an hour, he finally came out with no apology or acknowledgement of the wait.

I’m always here for some reason needing something at about 9:30 am. They don’t pen till 10 but as soon as the clock strikes 10 they’re open. 4 stars for promptness.

«WELLLCONNNG to Raaaadio-CHACK in WILLLMASSS, CHICO!» *Larry Rivera/XPW/Lucha Libre voice* I’ve been to many different Radio Shacks all around, but this one’s pretty cool because I notice that mostly the ones that are inside of malls don’t really have that great customer service, but this particular Radio Shack does. The ONLY thing that sucks about this store is that parking can suck so bad. Every time I go here, it feels like I’m entering a Latino/Mexican version of «Oz» because it’s in «Wilmas» and because the parking is so compact, it applies Polly Pocket to reality… Seriously, Dorothy and her Perro«To To» would have outdoor claustrophobia if she came down this«yellow brick road». Radio Shack has always been a great alternative to Best Buy, hell… it even surpassed Circuit City during these hard recession times! The workers here are of course Latino/Mexican, but honestly, it doesn’t matter because they’re helpful as hell. So far, I haven’t had ANY problems, they understand me clearly and their customer service is pretty flawless. Compared to the Radio Shack at malls, this one’s employees really acknowledge and help out their customers! :) Around this extremely small strip mall is a «$ 1 Chinese food» place and I believe a laundromat or something. Across is a 76 if you need gas and there’s an awesome Alberta’s, Red West Pizza and Jack In The Box around if you want some foods.
