Came here for a late dinner since we were close by and had a coupon. Waitress was extremely nice. I always fear this place for some reason. Started off with a Caesar salad and the salad bar. The croutons in the salad were a bit stale but the rest of the salad was fine. The salad bar seemed pretty fresh for 9:15 on a Wed. It was nice and cold which was nice. Everything on it was tasty. For our entrees we had the New Orleans Seafood which was tilapia with creole seasoning topped with sautéed shrimp and parmesan cream sauce and the Bella Mushroom Sirloin-sirloin dusted with mushroom pepper seasoning topped with baby portabella mushrooms with garlic and herbs both with onion rings. Steak was ordered rare and came out medium but at least it was still pink. It was a little chewy but had a great flavor. The fish had a nice texture and flavor. No salt or pepper needed. Onion rings were really good. Had 2 nice size entrees and 2 iced teas for 30.00 after the coupon. Not too bad. I would probably stick to a burger or ribs next time but it still was not bad for a chain restaurant.

Very very average food. The service is very slow, and one waiter is particularly loud, obnoxious, and incompetent. I honestly don’t know why I come here so much.

First off I dine at different Ruby Tuesdays some what regularly. Good food for a chain restaurant and one of the best salad bars . That being said bad experience this past Saturday. Ordered takeout and their location has curbside but does not use it. Went in to pick up food and was directed to the bar(bartender was very nice showed us to a register around the corner and asked if we’d like a drink while we wait– courteous). The to go girl pulled up our order and rang us up then asked us to wait. We were between the bar and kitchen and had to move every time an employee passed through — we just felt very awkward and in the way. Our food came out and was missing two items — one of which we were charged for & one the apparently missed while taking the order though we weren’t given a receipt. We decided to wait for the one item we paid for and forget about the other. At this point a hurried employee smacked me with the swinging kitchen door and told me to «oops watch out». When the to go girl brought our missing item we asked for a receipt. she had to wait over 5 minutes because her manager was dealing with another upset customer and she needed him to go in and print our receipt for her. Manager came and printed our receipt told us to have a good night at which point I told them him«bad to go set up — we were told to wait here and then I was hit with a door» his response? «oh uh sorry — have a good night». All around disappointing.

The hostess with the leastess has an ear bud in and is singing at the hostess stand. You have to be kidding? Manager call off tonight? Edited… we do come here often and the food & services is always consistent. This is just too unacceptable to not comment on.

This place is honestly the worst ruby Tuesday I have ever been to and I have given it so many chances because it’s so close to my house. It gets worse and worse every time. I go in expecting the service to be bad so I don’t get even more disappointed. Can you please train your waiters/waitresses? There should be no reason I go to the salad bar twice because I’m so bored because my food is taking forever and then it comes out looking like it’s been sitting there for 20 minutes under the lamps. They don’t listen, they will let you sit there as long as possible. It’s just really bad

We go here for a girls night every once in a while. Good is pretty good and service is mediocre. The salad bar is always really great. Over all it’s a pretty good place to eat for the price.

Love to go late on a Friday or Saturday night and sit at the bar. You get great service and the food is quick and tasty. Haven’t at in the dining room but once and do not care for salad bars, so vague rating for that. But 5 stars for their excellent bar service and late night appetizers.

Yet again another chain… If you rate a chain lower than three stars you clearly have no business giving out ratings. A chain is a chain, the food comes for a commissary. So, if your food was«bad» try telling that to the rest of America who has enjoyed that same exact dish over and over nationwide. The only possible way to screw it up is to heat it up incorrectly or some other truly silly mistake. With that said my experience while getting take out was wonderful! The bartender walked me through he menu and I had a scrumptious burger on a pretzel bun; good thing I didn’t skip leg day this week.

merp. We brought my granparents here because it was close for them. The service sucked. I think it was mainly related to the fact that our server had 2 larger parties(including us) and no one offered to help her. I went atleast 10 min with an empty water glass. I got the salad bar and it was decent. The rest of our parties food took about and hour to arrive after we ordered it and when we ordered there was hardly anyone in the resurant. I don’t need to come back.

Delicious food with the best salad bar around. The staff is kind and is willing to do anything to make your experience enjoyable. It seems as though there is something for everyone at this restaurant. The salad bar is outstanding, the fish and grilled chicken is amazing, the burgers are some of the best I’ve ever had, and the specials are great.

The last time I ate here, which was over the summer, I took my son. Within a couple of hours of eating here, we both were sick as dogs. I called the restaurant to complain, was told a manager would be calling me back, and nobody did. I then called the corporate line, and was told the same thing. And guess what?! Same result. Needless to say, NONE of the Ruby Tuesday restaurants will be getting my business.

We hadn’t been there since they updated their menu, and were pleasantly surprised with thenew selections. Lots of items in the $ 10-$ 18 range. I really was pleased that they had added calorie information to some of the items identified as «fit and trim» on the menu. Both of us were very pleased with the quality of the food, which seems like an improvement from before. My wife got ribs, which she really enjoyed. I got the chicken with BBQ sauce. Both of us felt that the food was fresh, moist, and cooked just right. Some of the many vegetable choices include zuchini, spaghetti squash, sugar snap peas — and these are cooked and seasoned nicely as opposed to being heavily breaded, buttered, or sauced. The one disappointment was that the service was not very good. My wife got her entrée right away, but I had to wait about 10 minutes after she got hers; this was pretty bizarre.

And it’s strike 3 and you’re out! After my 3rd experience with this place I’m done. I took my mom here on Saturday(her choice). First there was a band which was rather loud even though we were seated in the back, by the bathrooms. Our waitress was snotty and the food, which I didn’t finish, was beyond mediocre. I ordered the zucchini cake, which I’ve had before and liked but this time it was just blah. I forgot it came with fries and when the waitress brought it out I apologized and asked if I could have vegetables instead. She responded in almost a pissy tone«What kind?»; like I was bothering her. Also, outside the window people were smoking and put their cigarettes out in this plastic tube thing where the cigarettes collect at the bottom. Well it started smoking A LOT so I told the waitress it was probably on fire. She looked at me like why was I telling her that and she said she would tell someone, which she did not. This place sucks, don’t waste your money when you can make this stuff cheaper, more flavorful, with less attitude at home.

I would like to say that I’ve tried this location about 5 times now and am finally satisfied that this store is the WORSTRESTARAUNT I’VEEVERBEENTO! I am a local and live roughly a mile away from this location and will go out of my way and eat elsewhere for here on out. Let me explain what went wrong. Let me set the mood: There was no waiting line, there were dozens of empty tables, there wasn’t a lot of people in there so business was slow during the time we were dining in(7PM). 1. We sat down with our menus to order and it took over 10 minutes for a waiter to even acknowledge us for drink & appetizer orders. 2. We finally got our waiter and placed our drink orders and she quickly left and didn’t come back for another 10 or so minutes to serve us three sodas! 3. We quickly made our orders and she disappeared again. It took another 20 or so minutes for our appetizers to show up(30 minutes from ordering the appetizer). When it did, we were served no plates to eat the appetizers on. I suppose we should just lie them on the table or eat over our hands? 4. By the time we got –any– waiter in our row, we had finished all but one piece of the appetizer. 5. Once we got the plates, we had no drink left in our cups. We had to ask for refills, she failed to acknowledge that they were empty even though she was staring right at them. 6. We waited about another 10 minutes and were served refills. She advised the food was about ready and she would be out to serve us our food. 7. We waited for about another 15 or so minutes for our food. By the time it had arrived, it was cold as hell. 8. She never came by to see how we were doing, by the time she did, I was finished eating. I immediately asked for my check and gave her my card. It took her an overly long time to return back with our receipt. One other thing to mention, my wife ordered the green beans as a side. WOW talk about OLD, DRIEDUP, WILTED&BURNT… A side would be a sizeable pile of greens right? Well, we were given 9 pieces of green beans while you mound the hell out of the rest of the plate with fries. 9 Pieces??? Really??? You’d rather give me a half of a plate full of fries over a healthy serving of green beans? It was a completely horrible experience. The Limestone Rd Store has a reputation of having bad service, bad food, slow service, slow response time to refills, and cold food. The 5 times we’ve gone have been like this every time. I am done trying. I recommend finding other food restaurants to eat at and not even thinking about this place as a last resort.

This Ruby Tuesday is in a strip mall at Limestone Road and New Linden Hill Road. There is plenty of parking. The salad bar here, like in all Ruby Tuesday restaurants, is pretty good. I’d go just for the salad bar but they have several mini burger combos with salad bar that don’t cost much more. Service is pretty good. Also, the dining area and restrooms appear clean enough.
