UHAUL is a very cumbersome organization. This business is a small little guy in the big company. Antonio (I hope after all this time I remember your name correctly) was fantastic! He help me navigate the system late on a Friday the last weekend of May. Think about how many people are moving at that time of year. You might appreciate that is quite a remarkable statement. He treated me like family. He did everything he could until I finally received the Truck I needed. He couldn’t have been more supportive or available. THIS GUY IS HONEST! Sorry it took so long to write this butI never forgot your help!

I had the pleasure of using Trou Auto they got me in real quick even gave me a ride home and picked me up. They have the most friendly pit-​bull I have ever met wouldn’t hurt a fly may lick you to death even played with the kids. They even took the time to bring me into the shop and show me what exactly was wrong with my car and pointed out other things I should take car of there was no pressure they understood and took GREAT care of me made me feel like family wish there was more small family owned business like this one they treated me right now they have a customer for life the only place I take my car even after moving to Smyrna I am willing to make the drive since I know I will be treated with respect and fairness

I went for the first time, needed an oil change. I told them that I last used Royal Purple synthetic, but they didn’t have it in stock. They were super friendly and explained the differences of oils, which no place has ever taken the time to do for me so I had no idea. I told them I’m moving out of state this week, so they even checked my oil, topped it off, checked some other levels under the hood, and wished me a safe move. Talk about awesome customer service!

So I went there because my exhaust was shot and I needed it repaired quick I got quotes from about six other places all of which were higher than Trou auto so being low on cash and since my exhaust was dragging I only wanted to make one trip. I decided to take it here. They had quoted me without seeing the vehicle and gave me an estimate so I wasn’t surprised when I got it there it was a few dollars more because trust me it was pretty rough. So I dropped it off before work and to my suprise they called me at about 2pm saying it was done. I couldn’t believe how quick they finished. They walked me through what they done and even walked me to the garage to show me how crappy the old one was. My car is so quiet, I can’t believe it. Antonio (one of the mechanics) said if you have any problems come right back or feel free to call. I would recommend them to anybody who can get thier car there, I even ran back inside to get a few business cards in case anyone I know needs a car worked on. Thnx guys for doing a great job! Nice to know there’s still some honest people in this world. You have a lifetime customer.
