Domino’s Pizza

Good pizza and usually fast service. Stay away from the boneless chicken. More than once I have received 8 tiny pieces for $ 6 that would amount to a four piece at McDonald’s.

Ordered a pizza and cheesesticks and they forgot the cheesesticks when they came to deliver. I complained and the guy said, «Oh I forgot them I’ll be right back». This led me to believe he was going out to his car to get them. Instead he simply didn’t come back, and we got no phone call. We called and asked what happened and they said they would get cheesesticks out to me in less than 10 minutes. We waited 15 and decided to eat the pizza without the cheesesticks. Another 15 minutes went by, 30 minutes since he said it was 10 mins away. I called to complain and the teenager was quick to say they would be there soon. I said don’t bother, our pizza was already eaten and had been delivered over 40 minutes ago and asked why would we still want the cheesesticks? I heard the teen guy laugh a bit, then say «what do you want a refund then I’m guessing?» I said yes and they refunded ONLY the cheesesticks. Horrible store being run by teenagers with no proper oversight. Are the managers teens who don’t care too? This took place a couple months ago, but felt the need to add this review now to warn people about my experience.

We have had greát luck with this location. Hot, as ordered, lots of toppings, polite delivery persons. Great pizza value in Wilsonville.

This is our go-​to pizza place! However, the pizza has changed since we last ordered it five months ago. Our favorite is the jalapeño cheesy bread and X-​traganza meat pizza. Both were dry this time and lacking the usual garlic and moistness. Delivery was great!

I will never purchase a pizza from this location again. It took over an hour to get a cold pizza with the wrong DAMN toppings.

This place is consistently awful. I don’t even know where to start, but I will mention that their delivery times are ridiculous — Up to 2 hours waiting because of ’ traffic.’ I’m on the same side if the interstate | about a mile away. All but one time the pizza has actually sat in the car for around an hour & is cold by the time I get it. I came on here today to post a picture of the most ridiculous 3 topping pizza EVER — There are 3 pieces of onion, 2 tiny pieces of tomato, and MAYBE one slice of mushroom that’s been diced into smaller pieces. I’d return this, but I’m done dealing with this place.

I know Domino’s got shit in the past for their quality, and I can’t say I ever ate their then so I have no frame of reference. What I can say is since the new Domino’s changed, I’ve been a big fan. Cheap pizza for a good price and pretty quick service. It’s obviously not high end pizza, but for the price it’s great. I enjoy the garlic crust on the pizza as well as the chicken bites. Compared to the little ceasars and pizza huts of the world, I’ll take domino’s every day.

I still have to say that I love their food, their delivery speed, and the web site ordering. The occasional error (out of many many orders) has been quickly dealt with and made right (and more than right).
However, they’re now charging $ 2.50 for delivery unless you enroll in some option (that costs money after 30 days) for free delivery (and I’ve no idea if they deliver that or you get the same quality of speed). That’s…a little steep for me.
Maybe when I have time to go pick them up. It’ll cost me way less than $ 2.50 of time and gas.

Dominos Wilsonville, Oregon stinks!
Well here is the deal you know those specials they have on TV its doesn’t matter when you call if you don’t meet their minimum delivery amount you are uphold to qualify for delivery.
I just saying Wilsonville is not a metroplex or large city… its a small area
noting like having special but they force you to upsell to order nice… what a great business practice.
I was staying at a hotel ALMOST 500 FEET AWAY, I did not know that until I cam e another way back to hotel. The employee was asked my total came to 11.99 you will not deliver unless its 12.99. I asked that makes no sense the hotel is right over there… his reply shocked me
If I make an exception for you and the hotel I must make it for everyone??? what? lose business for a dollar? really?
Are you sure I asked he said we are the best and if we lose a couple customers so what we are the best…
really? I asked are you sure he said my owner made that policy and national promotions do not affect our policies…
I can’t believe if a national ad is used to market more business why lose for one dollar… in any case I left shocked, the hotel laughed and could not believe the level of stupidity.

This Domino’s has great customer service. I love the online convenience of ordering. They have never messed an order up and are crazy busy all the time but are generally on time for the most part.
