If I could, I would give Carl @ Wilton Garage 10 stars. Took our vehicle in for struts and had to return because of a squeak. Carl completely replaced the struts with a different brand and there was no cost to us. His customer service, commitment to business ideals and dedication to getting «it right» has earned our business for a lifetime.
He promotes professionalism — which is short supply in the auto repair business. Way to Go, Carl!!!

I stopped in to ask about a problem I had with a Suburban I had just bought. I was instantly very impressed with how nice the office was. After visiting two pretty crummy convenience stores (one of them next door) I didn’t have any high expectations. In the side office was the owner Carl, who at first wasn’t the friendliest person I’ve come across but he quickly warmed up and was very helpful in explaining to me what could be wrong with the A/​C in my truck. I was visiting in the area and therefore didn’t end up using his services.
