If zero or negative stars were possible I would give them that. Like everyone before has said, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! When trying to place my order last Fall, their website wouldn’t go to the confirmation page, never got an order # e-​mail confirmation, and was charged THREE times to my bank account. Still no response from them. STAY AWAY!

maybe they;ve been overwhelmed by Groupon of flag purchases, but in Sep — almost 8 weeks ago, I placed my order and have yet to hear where my product is. I have received two emails saying the order would be shipped … next week… ok ck is in the mail, right?
I have a son returning from the Peace Corps and was making him a mini flag collage of all the countries he served/​visited. I just want the flags to get the gift together, and some straight answers.
Have emailed — 4 times, called 3 times left messages to return my call, now must post a negative review.
Groupon was a good deal and I have ordered a blanket from the other side of the business that was supposedley shipped now too, we’ll see.
Some answers please Mr. Armstrong.

I placed an order on August 31, 2012 for some NFL flags with a Groupon. After inquiring numerous times, I was informed ~3 weeks later that it was on back order. If I hadn’t inquired, I would never have known!
On October 1st, I received an email that my order had been shipped. It also said that I’d receive a tracking number shortly and my items would arrive in 7 – 10 business days. Today is October 22nd and I have yet to receive either a tracking number or my items. In fact, I haven’t heard a peep from Armstrong Flag despite two phone calls, three e-​mails, and even an attempted communication through Groupon. So much for flying our teams’ flags for football season — the season’s already half over
I’ve since received a Groupon credit, but I’m sure I’ll never see the money I paid directly to Armstrong Flag for the amount beyond the value of the Groupon. What a waste of time, money and energy.
If you want flags, do yourself a favor and pay a couple bucks extra on Amazon. At least you’ll have something to show for it in a TIMELY manner.
