Overall this service is good. However when I started to experience an issue with the sitter the owner did not address the concern with her. He told me what I was requesting was not unreasonable. For whatever the lame reason was my issue was never resolved. I was then told the sitters last day was the end of the month. This was like 2 weeks before the end of the month. I asked who was going to cover and was told he had no one to cover. Obviously I believe this was not a staffing issue as I had no idea I was going to be dumped by the end of the month and wasn’t going to be told so I could have adequate time to find another sitter. This is not how to run a business and left a poor taste with me when it is something I depend on.
