Horrible, horrible company. We had to use Maxx because our lawnmower warranty company apparently contracts with them. From now on I’ll just pay to take it somewhere else. They promised to pick up between 730−8am — I called around 10 to find out where they were and was told(after a series of phone calls) that they would be out between 3−6pm…absolutely unacceptable. Then I received an email through the warranty company saying our repair was complete. I called Maxx and got an incredibly rude girl who told me that not only was it not complete but they hadn’t even looked at it yet. She also told me it would be ATLEAST two more weeks — it had already been at least one, in the middle of the summer — before we would get it back. We had to rent a lawnmower because our yard was so bad by then. My husband talked to them about a week later to find out — since they don’t call to give you updates, only to find out that they looked at the engine and it was fine. We didn’t send it in for the engine in the first place… Finally we hear we’re going to get it back(4 weeks after they picked it up) and my husband tried to coordinate so he could be there for it to be dropped off. They couldn’t/wouldn’t commit to a day or a time — just said it would be sometime on Tuesday or Wednesday. Of course a call was promised but never came… as was typical the whole time we dealt with them GOELSEWHERE!!!

i wish i had looked up online reviews before i turned my riding lawn mower over to these guys. worst experience. they had the lawn mower for over 3 weeks for a minor repair. it was so long i had to pay for a mowing company to come out too. bad communication, poor customer service and couldnt tell us what went wrong but claimed it just started working again. too bad their bill didnt reflect the lack of work. all in all, if you want quick service, avoid these guys.
