Pink Cleaning

Well, it started off good. They did a great initial deep clean; and then did an ok job for one or two weeks. Quality of work then quickly dropped off to less than adequate (e.g. forgetting to do things, not making my bed correctly, lack of attention to detail, not doing very minor «special requests», etc.), but I liked them so I accommodated their shortcomings. I even gave them huge gratuity at every visit, but then they simply just stopped showing up!
Scheduling did get a little difficult because they jetted off to a vacation in Italy and because of the holidays, but after that I got the run around: «oh, you were not even on the schedule» (um, who’s fault is that!!!), «oh we are so busy!» (duh, you have the key to my house and you are supposed to clean it), «oh, didn’t I get back to you last Monday» (err, sorry you did not and do you really want me micromanaging you?)…
Anyway, these folks are cute and they have a cute car advertising their company — BUT THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE, NEITHER WITH THE CONSISTENCY OF THEIR WORK NOR EVEN WHEN IT COMES TO SIMPLY SHOWING UP!
