Review update: After a less than satisfactory experience with this business last week, they were able to send a wonderfully competent, respectful, and considerate technician out. He was very quick to acknowledge AND apologize for the inconveniences we dealt with, and was able to discover and fix the problem with our Air Conditioning Unit, (or at least explain and let us know what to look for in the even of future malfunctions), and it didn’t take all afternoon, as the last visit did. We are cooled down, and very much pleased and satisfied with the service we have received. Thank you, American Air, for making it right.

I have been using AA for years and LOVE them. Before I had my new furnace installed by them, we had an older unit with a lot of issues — they were great about coming out and fixing the problem. They installed my furnace, do yearly check ups on the furnace & AC.

They charged me 70 $ to flip a switch. I called because our AC unit was not working after our house had been flooded, he came over and realized the people who had dried our house had accidentally flipped off our AC unit circuit breaker, he flipped the switch and still charged me 70 $ for what took him 5 minutes, when I called to see if they could pro rate this fee since it was such a silly issue, she very snippily told me that there fee was 70 $ whether it was a large or small problem. I feel like an intelligent business owner wouldn’t have gouged their customer in an effort to secure future business. We had planned on replacing our AC unit in the next couple of years as it’s very old and not running very properly, I will certainly not be using this company and would recommend that you don’t as well…
