Awful customer service. They charge you to cash checks written from their bank. Was there the other morning. 3 employees working. Had 3 customers in the store. Only one woman was handling customers, and she was nice enough, while the other 2 starred into space… until she started taking care of the drive through customer MIDTRANSACTION with me, after I had been in line for 24 minutes! Then she had the nerve to ask me if I would like to own an account there! Absolutely not! This place is bad… even by bank standards. DOYOURSELF A FAVORANDGOTOPEOPLESINSTEAD!

Unfortunately this review comes mostly from the customer service… LMAO, on the 800 number. You can tell these people want to help, but are tied by a banking structure that doesn’t care about you as a customer. Like the people, but hate the bank… had to leave as a customer.

This bank isn’t bad and it isn’t the best. I have had my issues with the amount of time that simple things take, that seemingly can only be done by one person in this bank. Money orders take for ever it seems like. I am not a big fan of the wait for the drive up ATM, I prefer the inside ATM.

Ever since this bank opened up I have been pleasantly surprised each time I walk in. The staff is always friendly, as if it were opening day. I also like that they have drive up tellers, a walk in atm 24 hours/day, and a big enough parking lot. Really though, the service is always pleasant.
