We were driving by and wanted to buy a cone for my niece for lunch. To our surprise a different looking store as s we walked in. The Coolers were moved to the rear allowing for better traffic to view into the cases. The store smelled clean.
We were taking to the girl behind the counter, when we took notice of the fresh regular waffle cones in a case. The girl said they were for the double scoop cones. You get a free waffle cone. I almost fell over !
We looked at each other and said they must have a new owner. The girl said yes as a man came from the back kitchen. He greeted us with a warm smile and began a conversation about some flavors that were being discontinued. We asked if he was the owner, and he said yes.
We told him about the last owners and why we stopped come to the store. He told us that prior to taking this on, the cakes were made elsewhere and no decorating was done onsite. But now it’s a family run operation. His daughter is a professional cake decorator and bake everything onsite, that is evident by taking a look in the upright Coolers in back.
After buying our cones, the girl told us on the back of the receipt, that there was a coupon for a bogo.
With the great customer service like that, the clean store, and the new go out of your way attitude from the owner and his family, it’s nice to visit this family friendly ice cream shop.
You’ve regained our business and we will spread the word.

You invest money in a business that is customer service oriented but you do everything in your power to piss off your customers is not a good way to grow a business unless you have a take it or leave it attitude and that is what this may really be. Just finishing using the ATM next door, I figured that it would be a nice treat to get a cup of ice cream but I was wrong.
Walking in, the older gentlemen clerk with a baseball hat was talking explaining various flavors to two women. No problem I can wait, but about a minute into his conversation with them his cell phone rang…
He left them half sentence and pointed to me saying he would be with me, he walked to the other side of the store to carry on his cell phone conversation. With three people waiting to spend money on expensive ice cream, his cell phone is more important than clients… hello?
After waiting for about 3 minutes, I decided that I would not reward this business with my money and walked out. I wasn’t mad or angry, just pissed that our business etiquette has come to the point of ignoring clients in order to conduct personal calls on a cell phone.
This is not unique to this Baskin Robbins store, I have had the same awful service at other local businesses lately, sad that the pubic is accepting this kind of stuff… I won’t and will continue to say so.
Don’t be in the customer service business unless you serve the customer… period.

Ever since this Baskin Robbins changed owners, it has gone down the drain. The employees they had were awesome and now they are gone and it isn’t being run like it used to be. I have called the owner on multiple occasions with no return call.

For this store but I forgot to do it. I took the kids in last month. The ice cream at baskin robins is all the same at every location but it was the experience we had that day which was great. The young lady was so sweet n patient with my kids. She had great customer service! I have been to the one in Santa Rosa a lot n the service there isn’t as great as this place.

The girls behind the counter are terrific — they try hard to make my order exactly as I want it. The jamocha almond fudge and the rocky road are the best! Try the pineapple topping for a change of pace.
It’s fun to get a cone and take a walk across the town green and check out the Windsor Garden. The garden’s border is beautiful year-​round, and the garden committee is always adding something to the garden, like the new flag stone pathway.

I will make this quick. We all know about Baskin Robbins and the 31 flavors. Today I had Mint Chip and it was I as always remembered. Oh the store was nice and cool on a warm day, which was nice.

Cool new place on the town green however WORSE discount ice cream event ever!!! 31cents and staff rushing customers and feeling like your cattle and not being able to pick an ice cream — understand busy — but by far horriable way to serve paying customers. i diffently stood my ground. will never go back here. ever
