Our family has been going to see Dr. Fowler for just over 2 years now. I could not be happier with the care my family has received. We will continue to have him for our dental health care since he is on top of the latest technology. He is very kind and patient. Willing to work with customers who do not have dental insurance and his Benchmark dental smiles plan is a win win for our family. I had 2 dentists and an oral surgeon quote me on 2 molar implants. Most dentists charge almost 5k for one implant. I ended up going with Dr. Fowler. He gave me the best price hands down. I have had zero complications and the surgery went off without a hitch. This Dental Office has good dentistry (Dr. Fowler) and TERRIBLE accounting! I was told specifically the cost of my procedure (after Insurance Coverage). I was told that they had checked out my insurance and that they would cover 60%. HA! Then I get a bill for the total amount! The Insurance didn’t cover that procedure and told me that Benchmark would have known that if they had checked. WHAT !!! Sorry, that is not the way I do business… say what you mean and mean what you say. I’ll never go back… can’t trust them.
