We began our journey in installing a pool last summer and were fortunate to find Johnson Pools. The entire process from design to construction to final completion went without a hitch. The pool and spa turned out even more beautiful than we could have imagined. Thank You Johnson Pools!!!

We had Johnson Pool and Spas build our pool and built in jacuzzi and pool deck 5 years ago. We dealt with Randy Mund who was very knowledgable and very exacting in drawing out our plans and getting everything coordinated and eventually built. The process was quick and painless! Everyone loves our pool! It is a work of art! We also engaged Johnson Pool and Spa to clean our pool (maintenance) weekly. Come rain or shine David (the guy that comes and does the weekly pool maintenance) is there, pleasant, courteous and efficient! We have recommended (and will continue to do so) Johnson Pool & Spa to all of our friends. Thank you from 2 VERY satisfied customers!

Every person I have talked to at Johnson Pool & Spa, at least 5 or 6, has been helpful, knowledgeable and kind. They help me fix what I can, and get help to me when I need it. I have a sense of fairness and respect for the customer. I like that!

went there for some advise and the person that helped me was pretty good. However, prices were very expensive. I bought a timer there and when I left, I felt ripped off. Looked up the price online and they charged me 2x what I would have paid if I ordered in Amazon. I guess they may be more reasonable with other products, but this price difference really turned me off. Not going back again.

Matt, Oggies, the Ryans, and all others at Johnsons Pool and Spa have all exceeded my expectations and have provided nothing but stellar service. From small repairs to the weekly pool check ups, these guys know there stuff and they do a fantastic job. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable pool company.

Our pool was green before Johnson took over the service. Our previous pool service had ruined the pool and recommended complete replacement of the water — in a drought year.
Our water turned crystal clear in 2 weeks of Johnson’s service and stayed the way all year.

We use Johnson Pool and Spa for regular maintenance and for our solar heating system. Super reliable, always available… these guys are on it! I can rely on the folks at Johnson to keep our pool in gorgeous shape and our solar system going. I don’t worry about a thing. Highly recommended.

We used John Pool and Spa to repair our Traeger grill. The technician appeared as scheduled and honored the warranty on the product. The grill broke again in the same way and Johnson did not charge since they said the repair was covered by their own warranty on their previous repair.

The tech was good, he diagnosed the issue. However, we had to get him back out to connect the spa sensors back up. Johnson was pretty good to work with, and would use them again.

Great customer service, honest and polite AND they are local. Even better. I just bought a home in Santa Rosa and when we moved in, the pool was green. These guys got it back to perfect working condition and have been available on the phone any time I had a question.
Their crew comes over when I need something fixed and everyone has been a pleasure to work with.
I even purchased a variable speed pump from them which is saving me tons of money on my electricity bill. I Have already recommended them to my friends up here.

WOW ! Talk about great customer service. We are off to a great start with Johnson pool. Made one phone call and had an appt. set up for 2 days later. Tech was right on time and VERY knowledgeable. Took his time to explain many aspects of owning a pool (1st pool for us) And was happy to answer any of my many many questions! «Oggie» is a stand up guy! They also sent over (the very next day) a service tech to check out the system and pool. Got a phone call the moment they were done and he too was VERY helpful with explaining the details and taking the extra time «Ryan» has it together as well… So THANK YOU both for all you help and CONGRATS to Johnson pools for having such great employees !!

We had a complete pool remodel in 2007 by Johnson Pols. Excellent job. Their crew was very efficient as well as friendly and informative. On completion, we have a brand new pool to enjoy with our family and friends.
We have had them back to repair our salt system electronic controller. Again they were prompt and reasonable.
Always the best service. I highly recommend Johnson Pool.
