Kaizen Karate & Self-Defense

We are having Mr. Schildt, the owner of Kaizen Karate and Self Defense, teach our children at our Windsor Charter Academy after school program. The children cannot wait for his lessons and have told our directors he is the best they have ever had. I am so thankful for Mr. Schildt coming to aide in our program to help make it the benchmark for all others to follow. His patient, caring-​love for the children shows every time he teaches. I would recommend people who are interested in self defense, anti bullying or physical fitness give him a try. If you are going to get into shape you may as well learn something while doing it!
