Paella Guy

Just wanted to give Paella Guy a BIG shoutout & thank you for preparing an amazing paella inside a wine cave un Glen Ellen. We ordered the Classic Valencia & it looked more like a piece of edible art, it was as delicious as it was artistic. The presentation of the salad was uniquely spectacular & with flavors that cried out Mediterranean hillsides, the gazpacho shooters were crisp, refreshing & were paired with a local chardonnay from St. Francis Winery. Tapas included the gazpacho, house cured olives, a chicken empanada & a cheese plate. The cheese plate was the only downer, it was hot & it did not do well. While here the Paella Guy told us he is doing a paella dinner service in Windsor on Saturdays, reservations required at
. Overall great experience, awesome food & he teaches you how to make paella if you are so inclined to learn. Can’t wait to try the dinner service in Windsor.

Paella Guy catered our wedding and I had multiple people tell me afterward it was the best food they’d had a wedding. We served both seafood and vegetarian paella.
