The Bungalow Ice Cream & Coffee House

We all love going to the bungalow. Great place great food. Just wish it was open later so we could go for late lunches.

Tried to get coffee with my sister and my service dog was with me. Lady working very rudely said no dogs allowed and when i told her he was a service animal, she said he has no identification, newsflash, service animals are not REQUIRED to have identification. Even so, he had a card on his collar. Normally I have no problem leaving him outside or in my car if a business is polite about it but this lady was very rude. I used to love getting coffee here but you have lost my business.

The worst coffee I have ever had in my entire life. Worse than if I had taken dirt and crammed it into my coffee maker at home without a filter and tried to drink that. All you will find here is terrible coffee and stuck up water valley snobs.

While I appreciated them acknowledging my review, I think this further proves my point of the experience and staff this establishment provides.
Further I worked in coffee shops for 5 years including managing one, name-​calling a customer with a bad experience is unprofessional and rude.

As one of the «trained monkeys» who works at the Bungalow, I just wanted to take a few minutes to tell you why your review is unfair and inaccurate.
First of all, we have one new staff member. Everyone else who works with us has been on staff for at least three months. Two of us have actually been here for over a year. In that time, we have let go of two employees so our turnover rate is pretty low.
Secondly, our sandwiches take a while to make because they are made to order. If you’re running late or in a hurry, try giving us a call with your order ahead of time rather than blaming your poor planning on us. We are not a fast food establishment. If that’s what you’re looking for, shove some Taco Bell down your gullet. Breakfast sandwiches take us about 5 minutes and lunch orders take about 10. Plan accordingly.
Thirdly, many of us have previous barista experience and know how to pull and prepare a perfect espresso shot by hand. The fact that our machine happens to be automatic does not have any bearing on our capabilities as baristas.
Lastly, this place does not suck. The team who works here and our regular customers are all like family. We are really proud of this place and we work hard to make it great. If you haven’t felt like a «regular» here, it’s probably because you, as a person, are a pain in the ass. I encourage you to do some soul searching and find yourself a little more gratitude and consideration.

Such friendly people, delicious food and coffee. LOCAL too. Their jalapeño cheese bagel with jalapeño cream cheese is TO DIE for!

Good paninis, great chai latte, nice ambiance for breakfast and lunch, friendly employees.

Wow, fresh food prepared with love! This is a quality operation and a great atmosphere.

Decided to try the drive-​thru today thanks to a coworker recommendation. Got a mocha and Buffalo Chicken Panini. Delicious and great service. I recommend getting a menu before getting food through the drive-​thru.
