I tried using the DIY platform for the iPhone 5 replacement, and when I started deviating from the instructions, Igor was very responsive. He responded within thirty minutes. We scheduled a time in advance and he was flexible on the location (downtown WS). He was very fast yet approachable and finished the whole process in less than 40 minutes. Easy pay with Square or PayPal, so don’t worry about getting cash or writing a check!
Overrall, a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend this over going to the local Apple Store.

Igor made getting a repair fast and easy — but perhaps more importantly — he identified my issue as less complex than we’d anticipated, then charged far less than I had initially agreed to pay since the fix was straightforward, requiring no new parts. So not only did Igor successfully disassemble, diagnose, repair, and reassemble my phone (right before my eyes, in a coffee shop, with Jedi-​like skill) — he displayed exceptional character and professionalism on top of it all. I recommend him and iCracked with the utmost enthusiasm.
