This review is for stylist Victoria and esthetician Chastity — both women are awesome at their jobs. I’m picky about my hair because it’s straight and boring, so it’s all about the cut. Victoria listens well and has done several great cuts for me. Also, she gives free bang trims! I haaaaate waxing but Chastity is easy to chat to, quick, and knows her stuff. Bonus: the people working the phone are nice and generally fast, and I’m always offered tea or water when I arrive(usually 5 minutes late…)

This review is going to sound a bit effusive, and maybe even hyperbolic. But I assure you — that’s not my personality and I am not exaggerating at all. I was a first time customer and will definitely be returning! Had a haircut with one of their«Master» stylists, Megan. She did a fantastic job and gave me a very relaxing neck and scalp massage beforehand. I then had a wonderful Swedish massage with Taylor; probably one of the best massages I’ve ever had(and I’ve had many!). He was very attentive to my specific needs. Lastly, I had a pedicure with Jasmin — I can honestly say she worked wonders on my feet and it was hands-down the best pedicure I’ve ever received. From scheduling the appointment over the phone, to the very clean and beautiful facilities, to the services I received, every part of my experience with this salon was professional and exceeded my expectations.

This was my first visit here and at first I wasn’t impressed. I had an appointment for 4:30. They told me to arrive early because they like to take a little longer with first time customers. I couldn’t show up any earlier than that so I got there right at 4:30. I had to wait until 4:45 before I went back; I was about to leave. When I went back, I got a scalp massage and my hair was washed and shampooed. Very relaxing. The young lady that cut my hair was very thorough and knowledgeable and did a great job with my hair. Also, she told the cashier up front to only charge me $ 10 instead of the $ 20 – 25 it was suppose to be. Before leaving I got a new customer care package as well. The place was very clean, relaxing, and the staff was professional. I will go back.
