The shop is on the small side. But it’s well stocked with quality bikes. We stopped in looking for a specific bike and found it’s regular price to be $ 50 less than another shop. Fortunately it was on clearance and was $ 200 less than their competitor. The problem came at checkout when we informed that the kickstand, water bottle and cage currently attached to the bike would be an extra $ 15. Nothing on the price sheet indicated any extra charges. The clerk said it’s a good deal and it’s only $ 15. That’s not the point. I felt like this was a bait and switch. If the equipment is on the bike and not listed as an extra then it’s included. A good deal does not excuse this. I refused to budge on this point and eventually they included the items. So I’m conflicted, I got a good deal but I felt like they tried to pull a fast one on me.

I just bought my second carbon bicycle here. Colin and Julio did a terrific job. They really know their stuff. And there are no high-pressure tactics. Thanks guys!

I will just say we got started off on the wrong foot. We rode our bikes up to The Village to check out«DWC7″ and purchase a couple upgrades for one of our bikes. This store’s kinda small but we did find a new saddle($ 44.99), ergonomic grips(32.99) and a rearview mirror(19.99 –ugh). Great! But YiKeS! $ 104.33 !! Okay same as else wheres’ probably. Lets support the new shop. Then my ride partner with the sore backside asks if she can have the new saddle installed for the ride back. Oh boy, the part-time help asks for assistance with the labor rate chart to add it to the bill. —I had to say:» WHOAAh there dude, I guess I got that one covered when we get home. « We’re standing there holding a $ 100 bag of what I’d call high profit margin chit, and your store policy won’t allow you to take only 5 minutes to swap out the saddle for her ride home? Ohhhh kaaaayyy. Sorry, but if the charge was only $ 3.00 I would have refused. We could have spent more of his time just discussing their energy drinks and not purchased a thing than this install would take. Not like we asked you to install all the items in the bag, just the damn saddle. What REALLY sucks is she wanted the new seat for the five mile ride back home but, «that’s the store policy is if you buy the bike there and purchase some upgrades, then those installations are included in the«set up». :) So, I get home install the seat, all while re-considering the install for a $ 8 rearview mirror I’ve had on the shelf for years and kindled another stroke of installation genius.(yeah, happens all the time) So now their $ 20 rearview mirror could be returned. She tried out the new saddle(with the 30 days comfort guarantee) and well hates it– No better than the original, maybe even less. Now that $ 44.99 can go back. The grips. I was uncomfortable forking’ up so much slaw for these things and yeah, you can find similar for a lot less– so why not honor this entire purchase with a bitter: «Thanks, but no thanks»? Bag it all back up. Yep, it has all been returned and I’m headed to Bike Works where the policy is if you purchase an accessory there, the install is included and I am treated more like, well, a return customer.

I purchased my first road bike here. I had no idea what I was getting into, I had done a lot of research online, but have never ridden a road bike. I met with Scott at this location after I had shopped around a few other places before checking out David’s Cycle. He was very informative and showed me all the different aspects of the bike, the gears, shifters, how to remove the wheels and pump up the tires. I tested a few bike before finally deciding on the Trek Domane, I really enjoy my bike and will definitely go back to David’s when I need to upgrade my bike. The bike is of high quality and reasonably priced. I also met with Colin a few days later, I thought that I messed up my bike since I was pretty new at riding road bikes. He explained to me the«micro shift» and a few other tips about riding up hills and riding. He was also very helpful.
