Falcon Square at Independence Apartments

Nice clean apartments. Back behind a nice neighborhood and close to the back gate for Disney employees.
Rent is not cheap but definitely not extreme.
They have a pool and exercise room.
Parking is very limited and I find it hard to get a parking space every time I visit.
But nice and beautiful neighborhood that is hidden from the main road.
I wished they had more handicapped parking when I visit and there is only one in the lot 0NE! My kids had a roach issue that’s not under control but has to throw away a very expensive single serve coffee pot away after seeing baby roaches
I had no appetite to stay.
It’s always about $$$$ with Disney but also a good time to be had.

The customer service here is great they really do try but my apartment has constant maintenance issues. I’ve only lived here 3 months and they’ve been here almost 10 times. It’s also so annoying that no matter what you do, note or anything, all packages must be delivered to the office. A lot of times I’m just not home by 6. All that considered Independence is such a great place to live

Horrible customer service!!! I went there to get information about the community and the gentleman working in the office, left me to go and chat with a resident. I waited for 10 minutes thinking, surely, he will be right back. When I walked out of the office to find him, he was leaning up against a wall chatting about his love life with a lady. He looked at me and said he FORGOT I was there! Ugh! Really?!

I’ve lived at Falcon Square for two years and have been very happy. I’ve noticed that some other apartment complexes have competitive rent rates, but I do think that the quality of Falcon Square is a step above the rest.
For the most part, the complex as well as the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The community of Independence consists of apartments, town homes and houses, so there are a variety of people and families in the neighborhood.
There are two pools in the community, plenty of parking at the apartment buildings and a friendly and helpful staff in the clubhouse. I have never had a problem that they have not addressed for me in a timely manner.
The mail situation kind of stinks because all of the mailboxes are located next to the clubhouse — it would nice to have mailboxes closer to the apartment buildings. Also, a lot of packages get delivered to the clubhouse, so I feel like I am always over there picking up packages. But that’s a small price to pay for a clean, quiet, non-​trashy, trustworthy neighborhood.
