Regardless of past experiences with this store, when I need dress clothes, they are my easiest location to get to. This time, my experience was vastly different. They bent over backwards to help me, as I needed to be fitted for a suit. Turns out, I fit into an in-between size, of which they had limited supply. The lady working with me quickly got onto the phone, and tracked down all of the colors I was looking for. I was a high maintenance customer, and I had overheard that she was hours past her time of when she was scheduled to go home, but she never let on to me that was the case. I’m glad that I can once again count on what I expect in service from this location.

Unfortunately, this is your classic case of «there’s nothing I can do for you» which really means, «I can’t be bothered to lift a finger to help a customer.» As a recent college graduate, I went to this store to buy a jacket for my new job. I was admittedly naïve about how to find a good fitting jacket, and trusted that a men’s clothing store would be able to guide me with their expertise. I purchased a jacket and on my way I went. After taking the jacket home and showing a couple friends, I was told that the jacket didn’t fit me very well. In retrospect, I know enough to say that they sold me a jacket that was two sizes too big. Of course I lost the receipt, and because the jacket didn’t register in my purchase history(their fault), they told me unless I was able to sift through all my bank statements to find the original transaction, they couldn’t do anything for me. The store manager acted the entire time as if I were a burden. I tried to call their customer service number, but of course, they’re closed on weekends. Unless you know exactly how to shop for yourself, I wouldn’t recommend trusting the guys in this shop who, by the looks of them, can’t even dress themselves.

Very disappointed in your Winter Garden store. Not a single ‘hello’ or ‘may I help you’ from any of your staff. When I asked for help, I could feel the reluctance. We may not have been dressed in expensive clothes, doesn’t mean we couldn’t afford what we were looking for. First time visiting any of your stores, not sure we will ever go back. Three days later — Thank you Paul for your assistance today. Look forward to visiting your store again in the future.
