Couture Med Spa

Here’s my honest review. I came here for laser hair removal because the prices are really good and the place is clean. They offer a monthly membership that includes other services including Botox, fractional laser, fillers etc. at a really good price. At first I considered getting the membership for fractional laser, I’m soooooo glad I did not. My experiences with laser hair removal have been great, however, the nurse practitioner sees so many patients (literally one every 10 minutes) that my appointments are so rushed it is scary. For laser hair removal this is a non issue, I’m used to it and nothing can really go wrong. However, there is no way I would ever go there for any type of service that involves them touching my face. They are so busy that they send women to the waiting room while their numbing cream takes effect so that another patient can be treated in the mean time!!! I have had resurfacing lasers done before and the nurse usually spends a good 30 – 45 minutes and makes sure everything goes well. including allowing you to lay down while your numbing cream takes effect. Great place, great nurse, too busy for my taste. Rushing can lead to so many mistakes, not a risk I’m willing to take.

This place is sort of hidden and you have to search for it, if they didn’t put a sign by the street I wouldn’t have been able to find it.
I came here to get Jane Iredale makeup and the lady who helped me was really nice and very helpful! She did a full face of make up for me so I could see if I really liked it instead of just color matching me. The receptionists were really nice and helpful too. I did order something because they were out of the product and they told me they would give me a call when it arrived. They took my email and phone number and two weeks passed and I still didn’t hear anything from them so I ended up just ordering the product online for a little cheaper.
Anyways, I don’t think I would ever come here to get any work done because when I was there they had a client sitting in the waiting area with some sort of papery mask on her face. If I was her I would feel very uncomfortable doing that. I don’t know the reason for her sitting out there. They were really busy at the time and maybe they needed a room, but me seeing that turned me off from getting any kind of work done there.

If you are a working woman who has to set your appointments after work, and drive through rush hour traffic, be highly aware of their inconsiderate five minute late rule. They will turn you away at the door regardless of traffic conditions, and attendance history, if you are even one minute after their rule. I pay them, every month on a membership, but no consideration is given for my limited time. And BTW, I have sat in their lobby many times more than 5 minutes after my appointment time. So they hold their own time as much more valuable than the customers. I tried to ask the staff to share my complaint with the owner, but they told me to talk to her myself, and I can’t see her if they won’t let me in. So I am forced to complain on a public venue.

Diane is amazing. I only live in winter park 2 – 3 months a year but stop in as much as Can for Botox and Filler. She takes her time and does a better job then any doctor I have been to. I feel so safe going to CMS. It’s not about the pricing being better then anywhere else it’s about trusting who does the treatments.

Dysport is great. You can barely feel the needle and the price is reasonable. Would recommend

I went in for a laser hair removal treatment and was very impressed. They were quick, professional, and informative especially given the high volume of customers they see.
They offer a monthly membership with unlimited services which is great, but don’t expect to get last minute appointments or forgiveness for being late (be at least 10 – 15 minutes early).
I read other reviews about «unprofessional» conduct related to scheduling and pricing issues, but based on my experience, the only poor conduct was probably from uppity clients who don’t show up on time for scheduled appointments!
Highly recommend.

Reception was super friendly, the place itself is really nice and well decorated. I got there early to fill out paperwork and they got me in early which is always a plus in my book!
The procedure (IPL) was quick, relatively painless and I am excited to see the results that come over time. Diane was very professional and while the time she was with me was short, I left with all of my questions answered and better educated about how to care for my skin. Totally pleased with the whole experience.

My previous review is absolutely accurate. This place can do great services… I have laser hair removal, fractional, IPL, botox and fillers. The botox was very gental! The Fractional showers no improvement after three treatments. The lip injection looked good for about two weeks.
The staff is amazingly rude and disrespectful. They do not allow unlimited services.

Couture Med Spa is the best! Diane is so knowledge and has helped my skin so much. I have done Fractional Laser, IPL, Laser Hair Removal, and a few other things. I have seen amazing results and people always comment on how good my skin looks. The spa is beautiful and the staff is so caring and sweet. I cannot recommend Couture Med Spa enough. Trust me, this is not a «phony» review like the previous person said. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences and will continue to get my treatments at Couture Med Spa!
