The chicken/bacon and buffalo chicken egg rolls* are delicious, especially as drunk bad food. *They use thinly rolled out pizza dough as their wrapper.

For real… Phenomenal! Friendliest operators, and amazing food quality and taste! Tried the Pepperoni, Margarita, and Ninja Turtle pizzas and all were amazing.

Absolutely the best, try it. The staff are friendly and the flavors are amazing. The BBQ and Pizza sauces are crafted with such care and my favorites, hut everything that I’ve tried has been awesome. Find them and try it for yourself.

Pizza is awesome. I had the balsamic, bacon and blue cheese with no bacon. It was still amazing! Warm, crispy thin crust. I also had a deliciously fluffy cinnamon pretzel. The food truck staff is very friendly and passionate about good food!

Mediocre pizza, I’m disappointed. I was expecting a big, flavorful pizza! I paid 5 dollars for two mini slices that tastes like I bought it at the supermarket. I should’ve waited at the taco box truck next to them. They need to step their game up, pizza needs a lot of flavor and a homemade feel to it.

Tried them out during Tasty Tuesdays in the Milk District while visiting Orlando… what a find! Pizza was so great. Had the Daydream, consisted of pepperoni, bacon, jalapeño, and pineapple. Was definitely hot, but the pineapple does a good job of balancing out the jalapeño. Friend had the jalapeño poppers, which were pretty much stuffed ‘baked’ eggrolls. She seemed to enjoy them, it came with 2. Would definitely recommend you try them out.

I could probably eat pizza every day and never get sick of it — especially from Daydream. My friends and I visited their truck in front of The Imperial on a Thursday evening and we were EXTREMELY hungry. We decided to split the white pizza(added pesto and chicken), and an order of the chicken, bacon, and cheese eggrolls. CHEESEHEAVEN. The cheese on the white pizza and in the eggrolls was stringy and wonderful. The crust of the pizza was crispy and perfectly done. We could barely wait to eat the pizza and pulling it apart got a little messy but so worth it. I wasn’t sure if it’d be enough food for the 3 of us but it was very filling and worked out well. I will be stalking this truck down in the future to try out more of their creations!

Tried the white pizza the big Jim. Both were okay in the first middle bites but extremely burnt on towards the outside(charred black) on the bottom and edges. Not a fan.

Trust the other reviews this place is AMAZING. Food trucks to me are the greatest thing since sliced bread(I don’t really like sliced bread anyway). Because of the whole food truck concept the main focus really has to be the food. If I was just rating the food I would probably give it four stars, Now on to the break down: The food: I had the meat lovers pizza and my bf had one of their hot dogs. The crust on the thin crust pizza is a stroke of genius. It’s made up of two layers with cheese in the middle. It’s perfectly crispy and charred while still having a little bit of extra sturdiness to the crust. As someone who hates thin crust I gotta tell you it’s AMAZING. The sauce is where it went a little left for me. It was on the sweet side for me. Idk if they add sugar to their sauce or what but the more I dissected my pizza the more I disliked it. But that is the only flaw I found. The amount of toppings on my pizza far exceeded my expectations. My bf also had a hot dog that he couldn’t stop raving about. I hardly think he tasted it because after he was done savoring the first bite it took all of 10 secs to devour. The Service: Couldn’t be better. Seriously they were a breath of fresh air, Warm, welcoming, and sweet. The owners are engaged and the chef does her thing while her fiancée is sweet talking the crowd. Their personable approach really takes all the possible awkwardness away. Honestly I would return to this truck anytime. I highly recommend that everyone try them out. Just tell them I sent you so maybe next time I can get a free pie ;-)

The last pizza I had that really made an impression on me was nearly 30 years ago out on the coast of California. Since then, I’ve had more than my fair share of good pizzas but they were just pizza, nothing really to complain about. Last night, while trying out the Thirsty Topher in Orlando, the wife and I decided we had better eat something while drinking too. The only option was the food truck outside, my first thoughts as I suppose many have, was great, roach coach food, OK, we’ll see. OMG! It was the best pizza I’ve had in 30 years! The wife and I were totally blown away by the crust and the freshness of the ingredients! I should have suspected something when while ordering, the gentleman behind the window suggested not to have anything with tomatoes as the ones they normally picked up in the morning were not up to his standards, as such, I ordered the Kitchen Sink pizza. First, the crust must be their own invention as it was double layered, thin, and crispy with I think was cheese layered in between. The ingredients were loaded on and despite it only being 10 inches, the wife and I were full when we finished. It was amazing, the flavors exploded and every bite was as good as the first! I’ll be checking their website to find out their location the next time the wife and I want a «real» pizza and not frozen or delivery. Additionally, the staff inside the truck, Kieth, was a really nice guy, it felt like a friend was cooking for you. Two Thumbs up!

5 stars for TONS of yummy and inventive pizza options. I first tried this food truck when they use to come out to our office for lunch. I was pumped to see they were at the Thirsty Topher on Friday night. I’ve had the Cowgirl(shredded chicken, cheese, red onions and sweet/spicy bbq sauce) and thought it was one of the best I’ve ever had. Part of the difference in their pizzas is the crust. Imagine two crisy tortillas joined together by a layer of melted cheese, then topped with pizza goodness. It’s pretty much a genius move. For the more adventurous folks– I did try the Ninja Turtle, which is pepperoni pizza topped with roasted marshmallows. It was definitely good, but far more sweet than I anticipated. Just something to keep in mind. On both occassions the staff has been great, funny, and über friendly. Looking forward to my next pizza adventure.

I’m starring up Daydream Pizza food truck for several reasons– 1) yummy pizza. I had the white pizza, add portobello mushrooms. I shared and the consensus was: YUM. Several friends ordered and shared their meaty delicious pizzas, equally YUM. 2) Super nice staff, easy ordering, good prices, accurate time frames on wait 3) Location, location, location. I enjoyed my delicious pizza late when Daydream Pizza was parked at the Thirsty Topher, it was a lovely surprise to a get a very nice pizza to enjoy with my tasty craft beer. And, they were nice enough to bring it in to me, as I had joined my group inside for a few minutes. Thumbs up!

Great food truck pizza, greater then any other food truck pizza I’ve had. The guy running it has phenomenal customer service too, wish I had caught his name. But the pizza is phenomenal without a Doubt. And their menu is amazing, so many options. You won’t believe it all comes out of a truck

Ok, I completely stumbled onto this food truck that delivers pizza made by the Gods. After the awesome Unilocal at the museum event, looking for an after spot for a evening beverage. The Thirsty Topher, wait what’s this a pizza food truck. WOOHOOO. I love pizza(probably more than a person should). There pizzas come out quick and hot, full of flavor and all the ingredients seem to be fresh. I’m not one to carry cash so the fact that they square it up for purcahses is amazing. A few drinks and 2 pizzas later I was a happy camper on to my next destination. If you see this food truck, even if you’re not in the mood for pizza go grab a pie. What’s $ 10 for awesomeness.

The two pizzas(High Five with mushrooms and The Cowgirl) I’ve had were definitely worth four to five stars! Especially the home-made BBQ sauce on the Cowgirl — it’s pretty amazing, y’all. I’ve heard their«pizza rolls» and the balsamic/blue cheese pizza are good, too. The deciding factor between an overall rating of four or five stars are the owners, though. They’re incredibly engaging, pleasant and more than happy to not only answer questions but respond to suggestions/requests as well. Keep an eye out for this truck for sure. :)

I tried the Cowgirl and it was delicious. The crust is thin and crispy. The BarBQue sauce base is delicious and has the right amount of spice. They have a great variety of pizzas and I hope to try more. This is definitely a truck I will visit again.

This truck was at The Hourglass Brewery last Friday. I ordered the«Carnivore» and it was packed with cheese and toppings. Everything tasted great and it was super fresh. My Fiancé ordered the«Kitchen Sink» and she was equally pleased. They ended up giving us free dessert, as there was a delay in getting my pizza. It was unnecessary, as the wait wasn’t even that long and they had come out to explain to me what the hold up was, but it was very much appreciated… and tasty! Great customer service. Overall it was awesome. Can’t wait to try their food again.
