Kell came to my hotel room to fix my wedding party’s makeup as well as my makeup and hair. She was very timely, professional, and friendly. She did an amazing job! So happy I found her!

I was very excited to go to this salon for my hair trial. Once I got there, the customer service was good, very friendly. I was taken to the back of the salon, where I was greeted by a dead roach on the floor (it was hard not to miss) and I was a little disappointed when I showed them the hairstyle I wanted. The length of my hair was discussed prior and I was told that there would be extensions and the whole nine yards and do my hair. Well, they didn’t have any extensions at the salon at that moment. The stylist asked if I still wanted to continue with the appointment, in which I agreed. She proceeded to work on my hair for a little over 90 min. I asked for some changes and she said that the day of she would use the correct products and styling tools. Umm. how am I supposed to know what my hair would look like exactly, the day of? Anyways, I ended up with a very simple hairstyle that I have done to myself previously. I was not impressed at all!
